Give Me A Clue About End Of April

Looking at taking me and the kids to DL the last week of April (tues. 26th until May 1) and want to know what I can expect crowd-wise? It will be during the week, so we won't be contending with weekend crowds. Will DCA be completely torn down though?

Also, we get to utilize the 5 for 3 special. I actually tried booking it last night but the DL site kept bombing out, so I'll try again today by phone. I found 5 nights at the Carousel with park ticets for $950. Seems like a good deal to me.

If World of Color starts on April 24, which is the current rumor, then you can expect DCA to be very crowded on the evenings that it is running. The Food and Wine Festival will also be going on at DCA at that time, though I don't think that affects the lines for attractions very much, especially mid-week. I would expect most of the construction walls will be down by then except for the one around the new Little Mermaid attraction, so it won't be nearly the maze of construction walls around Paradise Pier that it is now.

As far as Disneyland goes, crowds shouldn't be too bad mid-week since it's after Easter and before summer.
