Tuesday 29th July
We were all wide awake at 5.30 after a great nights sleep in a really comfy bed. We had a muffin and some apple juice while we got ready and decided what we were doing. As it was EMH at MK and we are ready early we decided to do that we were not planning on doing the parks commando style so when we had had enough we would leave. We pop into the food court for a quick bite to eat (waffle and bacon for DD and a shared breakfast platter for us with iced tea).
We arrive at MK around 8.15 and although busy it was great as we had Peter Pan, IASW, Haunted Mansion, POTC, Buzz Lightyear, TTA and Monsters Inc in the bag before we needed to stop. For lunch we went to Peco Bills but hadnt counted on the size of the portions huge somehow thought we managed to finish it all. We then went on the Liberty Belle and by the time we came off it had started to rain. We stopped on Main Street as it was raining so hard there were great puddles everywhere. While we were sheltering we saw a famous actor from Coronation Street I wont say which you never know who is on these boards and I wouldnt want to offend their privacy. Once the rain had stopped we made our way back to the car before launching ourselves on a mammoth spending spree Rack Room Shoes, Nike Shop, Lake Buena Vista Outlet and Premium Outlet (packed to the rafters but eventually we got a parking space).
Back at the hotel DH & DD spend an hour in the pool and then we go to Cicis Pizza buffet for tea (cheap and cheerful). We are back home shattered by 9.00.

DH scoring 999,999 on Buzz which officially makes him Supergalactic Here but I knew that already

DH only packing 1 pair of swimming trunks and then getting slightly lost.

Wednesday 30th July
We are awake early-ish again and decide to have a buffet breakfast before going to Blizzard Beach. We choose Ponderosa and it was fine for filling up. Onto BB and arrive at 8.45 ready for opening time. Once in we choose a spot on the bay and get a refillable mug and rent a locker. First it is the lazy river where we bob for ages and DD goes on the kids rides and we get a couple of great photos (our own and Photopass), then DH & DD go on Teamboat Springs while I wait at the end to take the photo.
It was extremely hot and I went back to the bay to sit and read while they went off again. We are going to have another go in the river but the heavens open and we make our way out. Once back we have some snacks and DH goes to do some laundry while I have a quick tidy Mousekeeping had not yet been in so I make the beds and have a little relax before we all go down to the pool area.
First we spend a couple of hours in the Fantasia Pool and then move over to the Mighty Ducks Pool which is much quieter. We go to Golden Corral for tea and are back at the hotel by 9.30.
