Give Kids the World for adults?

Is there something like give kids the world for adults or for families? My 30 year old cousin is dying from cancer. He has 2 year old twins. I would love to help them go on a magical vacation, but time is very short.
Thank you for any ideas you may have. We would also appreciate your prayers for strength and courage.

Maybe Make a Wish can help? I don't know of any specific groups for adults, sorry.

The only one that I know of is dreamfoundation.com My mom died of cancer in March and all I wanted to do was take to her Disney World with our kids but she was too weak to go. She was not diagnosed as terminally ill until October 2008, so we didn't have much time. Good luck!
