First time US family here. We are doing a cruise in September and I thought of doing US/IOA the day before we leave. I see that the park hours are 9-6 (?). We are a family of 5 with a 11yr, 7yr, and a 2yr. Is it duable to do both parks and get all the rides in? When we do Disney parks we go all day without taking a break so we have no problem doing that here. We do plan on staying on site at Hard Rock Hotel. We really want to do both parks because the 11 year old would really like IOA and I think the other two would like US.

Also, is there a baby swap like Disney and how does it work?

Park hours depend on the time of year, right now IOA is 9am-10pm for example.

They have terrific child swap services at Universal, which I'm sure they planned well since most of the rides are thrill rides.

Staying on site you'll definately get to do everything at both parks (minus the shows because of scheduled times.)
