Give a day site is getting on my nerves

Ok, so DD11 and I are going to do a volunteer thing in March. So, had to go back to the link in my email. I can fill out yellow boxes, but I go to hit submit and it will flash back that there are invalid or whatever answers? WT HECK?

I even went to the site itself and it said if you have dates and need to sign up follow this link, but it takes me back to the crazy yellow box things and I am getting frustrated. Has this happened to anyone else?
