Give a day get a Disney day and BLT on Extreme Makeover

Did anyone else catch Extreme makeover last night? The family got a little present they weren't allowed to open until Ty said so. When they eventually opened it, it was filled with Day passes, and Ty explained the "Give a day" promotion.

Also, there were very nice views of the rooms in BLT. Good promotion for both the charity program and DVC.

I saw it - very cool! I also heard they are coming to our 'neck of the woods' in nearby Buffalo, but they haven't announced for what family. I would love to take my DD over and volunteer, even if I didn't get a Disney pass - the experience would be amazing!

I'm in Toronto, and would gladly make the trek own just to meet Ty. My son is a HUGE fan of Extreme Makeover. Even though he's only 9, he loves seeing people in need getting the help they deserve.

I'd love to see them come up to Canada one day.

They just finished a makeover in Kokomo Indiana last week. I'm not sure when this episode will air. Couldn't get the time off work to make the journey but would have LOVED to volunteer!

That house was 5 miles from me. We watched the house biult it was crazy. I know several of the people that were not only on the show but did a LOT of the decorating. Last night was crazy in our town with Home Makeover buzz. It was interesteing that there was a lot of "creative" editing done. Like they completely left out the 3 stright days of severe weather including several tornado warnings. I guess in the Midwest we are used to them but the film crew and security guards were really freaked out.

this show touches my heart everytime.. I have only seen a few episodes though. Do they ever some to California? Just curious it always seems like the places they go have alot of land to work with.

They did a house in NYC once, talk about limited land...

I'm pretty sure they've done a few in CA.
