YAY! There are TONS of listings near me!! In case no one has posted it yet, here is the direct link to the site:

You have to choose an organization, click on "show details", and submit the form for them to email you. Only one the organization emails you back, will Disney provide you with the link to actually "sign up". Looks like they are aware of the issues the site has been having too, so don't give up! Keep trying!!

Sorry correction! It looks like SOME of the volunteer opportunities require you to receive an email back from them, and others allow you to sign up to volunteer right away. FYI
