I'm hoping to use GAD/GAD tickets for my upcoming trip. However I may be taking a child who is not mine with us. Can I have this kid come volunteer with us, and just pass him off as my child or are they going to ask for some kind of proof that he's my child? It would be pretty obvious to most people that he and DS can't both be born to me (2 months apart and different races).

Alternatively, I guess I could have his parent come volunteer too, and then have them donate their ticket -- but if I did that, would I need them there as "head of household" or whatever to redeem his ticket?

You need to be a parent or legal guardian. When I signed the kids and myself up, I had to check a box that I was their guardian. Also, a copy of a birth certificate (or a passport) is required for each child to participate. After I signed up, I was reminded of this again by the volunteer organization. So, I'm thinking that it won't work.
