Give a day FP option for Disneyland

Okay I am planning a trip for Sept to Disneyland and I can only find information on the FP option for Disneyworld.

Has anyone used the Give a day get a day Fastpass option for Disneyland? What fastpasses did you get? How did it work etc? Is it only good for certain rides or all fastpass rides?
