It's a Friday night, nearing midnight here. Feeling a little punchy and witty, but no one here to play. How sad. This is a rare event, I'm usually typing gibberish and holding my head in hopes of curing the dizzy whirlyness. Am I the only one curled up with the warm glow of a laptop?

We had our first snow day yesterday! No school & no work! We couldn't get parts across the pass, so my job had a snow day!

I think you could easily make it and join us for some wine before dinner. We'll be banging it around the parks for a bit after our big BBQ lunch, you know, digesting. We'll be way too full to drink wine or eat cheese for awhile.

I think dinner at Cafe Orleans is at 6:30, so some wine/cheese at 4:30 or so should work out perfectly. You ladies should be back by then. Join us! Put your feet up! Visit! Cheers!

Brydon had baseball "tryouts" today. The kids go out and play while the coaches watch and get to pick their players. Since he was sick all week he didn't play as well as he usually does so either he is going to get picked last or will really surprise his new coach haha.

Today I went down to Evangelines in downtown Sac and bought some of the decorations for the Meet and Greet - I am pretty excited about it all!

Hello ladies!! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I've spent the day out in cold/windy/sprinkly weather. It's been great!
Unfortunately it wasn't for anything fun, just grocery shopping. I think we ran out of everything at once. I spent a fortune! It was not pretty. Damn food and household supplies.

Name tags are in the process of being finalized for this trip. Kendall, Callie's DD, has worked on an initial design and so far it's looking great! Things should be wrapped up fairly quickly with those. Then Carol has agreed once again to print them out and to order lanyards. So a big thanks to them all for overseeing this task!!

What I need from each of you is to make sure that your name (both real name and screen name) are correct as posted below. If I do not hear from you, I will assume it is as it should be, and that is how it will appear on your name tag. (Dates will not appear on the name tag, so just ignore those.)

Also if you are NOT attending this year's trip, but you would still like a name tag to add to your collection, you need to let me know.
