Hi everyone, we are back and getting settled after our extended vacation. One of the highlights was seeing so many divas there! I had a blast with them at Brown Derby! How did you guys do at MA? I will have to check back to see if it has already been posted! The cruise was good and WDW was good but I find that I still love DL the best! Looking forward to seeing you all in Feb!

We didn't do as well as we would have liked, a lot of the teams that go to WDW are the Advanced teams, which are are definitely NOT! We got 26th out of 35 teams. We really needed more time, and there was a 50-pt quest that if I had read better, we probably would have gotten. But it was fun! And we are getting better. This was much better than last year in AK.

I'm so glad you got to meet up with us! It was a GREAT dinner!! And I also am looking forward to February! Seems like we have fun whenever we're together!!

I had so much fun in WDW. And like Sarah, one of the best parts was spending time with fellow friends from this group. We got real lucky with near perfect weather too.

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend so far. I just wanted to pop in and say hello. It's been a busy day. Noelle's birthday is today so we spend the day together, went to lunch at Red Robin (the kid's favorite), opened presents, ate pie, etc.
Tomorrow I am taking Noelle, 3 of her friends and the twins to see Breaking Dawn. Normally, I would never spend that much $$ at the movies, but it's for her birthday so, what can ya do. Thank goodness for matinee pricing. Plus we sneak in our own snacks...
After that Ruben got free tickets for her and her friends to see Recycled Percussion (a group from America's Got Talent) so they'll go do that. Should be fun, but busy!

Thanks, Linda. He's in Construction Management. His area of expertise is military work and fuel storage projects. He was eyeing a position that would have him down in San Diego (again) and another that was out of <gasp> Anaheim. OMG.... can you imagine if he had an apartment in Anaheim? I think I'd be going there for visits more often than he would be coming home..... LOL

Hi, all.

I haven't checked in in awhile, so thought I'd let you know I'm still here.
I'm suffering a massive head cold at the moment, but oddly just on the left side of my face; painful sinus, swollen eye, and runny-but-stuffed-up nostril. So far, at least, the right side is totally clear, very weird! Here's hoping it clears soon.

It's sunny here (Seattle), which is odd for November, but that's because it's also butt-freezing cold! Still, gotta love the sun. I'll take it however I can get it.

I hope to catch up on all the goings-on of late, but if I don't make it back soon, I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

Wanted to just say Happy Thanksgiving to all. I am very grateful to have all of you in my life even if I don't get to come on the trip this year! Just reading along keeps me pretty cheered up.

Hey Jen, Make sure you search all folders. Sometimes folders get moved into other folders and what not. Also, search your recycle bin, as they may still be there if accidentally deleted.

Too many good deals this month, too little money left!

I plan to check out our local grocery (Cub Foods, they also own Albertson's so this deal might be in your area as well) this week they have buy $100 in gift cards get $20 coupon to use on groceries. Hoping they have Disney gift cards... doubtful but we shall see. I would be curious to hear if they have the same deal at Albertson's California locations and if it works on the Disneyland passes (sold with the gift cards).
