I had lots of fun in Disneyland this past weekend!

Auntie Mel - I'm so happy I got to see you!

Katie - It was soooo great seeing you again. Laila is too cute for words, I'm glad you brought her.

Bridgette - It was great to finally meet you! We e-mail so often, I forgot that we hadn't actually met yet.

Jessica - Same goes for you! I felt like I'd met you already too. It was great seeing you everyday. You really confused me in the Emporium. You caught me before I had my morning coffee so I was all kinds of confused.

Trudi - It was great seeing you again! I feel like I never see you on the Diva trips, so it was nice to sit down with you on Saturday.

Sarah and Rochelle - Thanks for popping by and saying hi. I wish I would have had the chance to meet up with you gals again, but it just wasn't in the cards this time around.

Chris - It was good seeing you, even if I didn't say hi.

The scavenger hunt is coming together quite nicely. We have a great committee this year that is very creative. Everyone who plays is going to have fun, I almost promise.

I completed the 1/2 marathon in the time allowed, and there were even people behind me when I crossed the finish line. I was so over ever doing a half again when I was done, but the next day my cousin and I were figuring out the logistics of doing coast 2 coast some year in the future. I'm even contemplating a full marathon.

For those going to Disneyland the next couple of months that like white chocolate covered pretzels, they have some amazing Halloween themed ones in the stores. They're $6.95 a bag scared1 but it's so worth it.

Instead of work today I went with my cousin for her state board exam (cosmetology) as her hodel. Fun times - if by fun you mean the most boring few hours ever. But she passed and just seeing the excitement on her face was totally worth it! Especially since she was freaking out about it all!

Random question since it's still on my mind, who else is planning to do the Tinkerbell 1/2 or that 5K run?

Katie, I see you (or Lisa?) found one of those naughty smilies Beth was talking about!
I agree if we get a HOTT canoe CM we'll need the JC or Capt EO afterwards! Sometimes the single girl comes out in all of us, right?

But it's true that we will probably be giggling and wimping out so much on the rowing that the poor CM will not be groovin' on all of us in his canoe.

Glad the SH committee had such a productive and fun weekend. And congrats to our runners Wendy, Jess and Sarah. You girls rock.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I am going to the mini meet on Sunday.
