We will be doing a girls trip this weekend with my sisters. Two are not adults so we won't be doing any bars or anything. I have a few questions

What rides are the single riders lines worth it? Several members of our party won't be arriving until noon time, so we are expecting some fastpasses to be way later in the evening availability. We won't mind waiting in single ride line together and riding separate to go faster.

What rides tend to be available afternoon on a Friday. This is a last min. planned trip so I wasn't able to check the last few Fridays and see the availability.

What are some of the best things to get through the mobile ordering? My father doesn't trust one of my sisters with her own card or cash to be responsible for food, so he is linking his cc to my account and we will be doing all/most of our dining through mobile ordering. What are your favorite foods to get and which are easy to pass on?

Matterhorn is one that I usually ride via the SRL. It's kind of hit-or-miss whether it's fast or not, but my general sense is that if the SRL line is the turnstile, it's going to be about a 30 minute wait. Some CMs seem to use the SRL more, while other try to find the right number groups within the queue. Sometimes the CMs will let you pick which side you want to ride, but not always.

RSR is another one where the SRL is a good option if you don't get a FP. That line seems to be about half the stand-by (maybe less), but usually longer than the FP line. Based on my observation, they do seem to make a pretty concerted effort to make sure the SRL groups are split up into different cars.

Matterhorn will be down this weekend.
I have seen the RSR line and it usually seems to be back almost all the way to the entry point. Does it really move that quickly?

RSR is usually a great option for SR. Just check on the line with the CMs before heading down.

Matterhorn is down for refurbishment starting today unfortunately!

If I can see the end of the SR line for RSR from the queue entrance, I won’t line up. I also usually will turn back if it ends before the second underpass. It does move in spurts-just depends on what types of groups are loading in the normal line!

Space is excellent-go thru the exit. Not everyone knows about it yet and I often have had less than 5 minute wait.

Splash can be good-at least it’s better than the standby line. Grizzly River Rapids usually is very short and you can sometimes even get on with another member of your party.

Goofy Sky school (if you want to ride it) can also be pretty fast.

Incredicoaster-I’m willing to do SR as long as there isn’t a lineup on the bridge.

RSR single rider line can get up to an hour long. It is usually about 30 min.

Space Mountain has one. It is usually under 5 min.

Splash Mountain has one. Usually around 5-10 min.

Incredicoaster has one. Usually under 10 min.

Goofy Sky School has one. Usually 5 min.

Mobile Order is great no matter where you use it. It's fast and efficient.

I had forgotten about Matterhorn's refurbishment.

Does Indy still have SRL?
When we were there a few weeks ago I saw a sign saying something along the lines of "Single Riders Inquire Here" and the sign was just overhead the CM near the entrance. I think they go up the exit.

Indy SR comes and goes day by day and hour by hour. That's why the sign says to ask. Sometimes they stop offering it when the standby and FP lines get backed up, or when the ride comes back up from being down. It is usually available in the morning hours though.

Indy single rider is hit or miss. I find it really slow. The only good part is that it’s inside with air so it can be a break from the heat.

always single rider over fastpass for Radiator Springs Racers

always fastpass over single rider for Indiana Jones

I have used Indy's SRL many times, and at different times of the day and it's always been available. I find it a good option if you don't have a fastpass. RSR's SRL will be about 30min wait if the line reaches the first bridge. It's still better than waiting 70min+.

I have only used mobile ordering for Bengal BBQ so far (while waiting in the Indy SRL funny enough). It's soooo easy and convenient! Here are your options and a few of my notes:

Disneyland Park:
Bengal Barbecue - LOVE this place, yummy skewers!!
Galactic Grill - burgers - I have only had the desserts here, they chocolate parfait thing is YUMMY.
Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor
Hungry Bear Restaurant - burgers are OK here
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe - we usually get pastries here in the morning, never tried lunch
Red Rose Taverne - interesting lunch options but haven't eaten here since they changed the menu. Get the grey stuff!!

California Adventure:
Award Wieners
Clarabelle's Hand Scooped Ice Cream
Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill
Corn Dog Castle - yummy corndogs!
Flo's V8 Cafe - haven't eaten here since they changed their menu, but it's fun to sit out back and watch the Racers! They do breakfast too.
Lucky Fortune Cookery
Pacific Wharf Café - yummy salads and soup in a bread bowl!
Paradise Garden Grill
Smokejumpers Grill - burgers are OK, they have a fixins bar with different garnishes which is nice.

Gibson Girl was great to mobile order from. Also, Jolly Holiday. It really depends on what you like.
