We were watching a little movie type show, and apparently if you went in an elevator with someone who was sick and they coughed or sneezed, than everyone in the elevator would get sick.

I'm sure living in a dorm with a sick roommate will have the same effect too.

Yes. Unfortunatly, yes. Washing hands is the only way to prevent getting sick in some ways, but the germs can get into your system just because you breathed in after someone sneezed.

Ah, but did you know you have about 1 million bacteria on yourself currently(i'm pretty sure that's right)? 99.9% of all bacteria is the "good" type though.

My roomie has been sneezing a lot. And my friend next door thought she had strep, but the doc said she didn't. And pretty much everyone else on my floor is sick. YAY!! lol My turn! hahaha

Yes. But in my personal place I am 100% germ free. I guess it helps that my personal place is in my mind

Well, the symptoms that you feel with a cold or the flu is actually your body trying to fight off the virus. If you take medications than you are actually slowing down the process. At least, that's how it was for the man with e.coli. He was advised NOT to take medication.
