You can set it so that only people who are your friends can see it, just like Myspace.

Otherwise people can only see your name, picture, the mutual friends they share with you, and the network you belong to I believe.

Basically, only people from your school can find you on there.

Well, when you join, you join the network of your HS and class. Then to find friends, you go into "People You May Know" and find people that are in your class or even in your high school.

However, you can also search for people by name too that are from other schools if necessary.

I dont know how but my friend keeps having people from Turkey and Bangledash add her. And then they look at her friends and request to be my friend. They are complete strangers and I doubt they know her. Facebook can be just as dangerous as MySpace, but I think MySpace is definitely a lot more ceptible to online predators.

I stay away from both and I really don't have the urge to join any of them at all.
