Okay, so I went to the post office, they don't have my package. I went to the front office of our apartment, they don't have my package. The PO lady left it for the supervisor to find, she's supposed to call me, if she doesn't by Wednesday I have to call her.

Grrr, I just want my BOX!!

So I have discovered that even tho my package was mailed just recently I will still be checking this thread every day until I see a post from my exchange person. LOL Many many times a day....am I obssessed?? I spelled that wrong didn't I, it's obsessed isn't it? LOL

I swear I'm losing my mind lately? I've been looking everywhere for the thread where I said I made a spiderweb bowl in my wheel throwing class and that making pottery on the potters wheel is nothing like the movie Ghost. Nowhere even close to sexy. Does that sound familiar? I think it had something to do with the topic of "I love Halloween". It was either here or the October mini meet thread, but I'm posting this here. I took a pic of the bowl because it was the last day of class and I brought it home. Yay!

For those of you who care about the artsy fartsy technicality... I waited until it dried enough to carve away and painted on some black slip (wet goopy clay that has black stuff like paint-ish glaze in it) then using a tool I carved away the web. Then it was fired once. I poured white glaze on the inside of the bowl and wiped the excess off with a wet sponge, leaving the glaze only in the cracks. Then it was high fired. I'm pretty pumped about how it turned out!

I got the 2nd part of my exchange today, it's a very cool Mickey pitcher and colored ice cubes. Love it!! I may have to bring that to Vegas as well. It will be perfect to make some drinks in from the new drink book I'll be getting!! Thanks Jane!!!

I can't believe you had to stretch the shirt. I was almost gonna tell Dawn to get the small!!

I got an xtra large in that style shirt during the ladies trip (the tshirt style...it was a totally different looking shirt).

When I put the medium tshirt on my DH told me I had "stuff" sticking out in the front and the back. Not good. Anyway, I'm determined to be able to wear the shirt and purchased one of those stretchy band exercise things and a video and did a workout on my "front" and my "back" and we'll see if I can't trim up a bit. There's no hiding in this thing. Need to minimize the "stuff."

I have one of those dental mirrors that lets me see whats going on aside from the stuff happening under the bus here.

Yesterday DBF and I were goofing around on facebook, and he kinda pinched at my "chub" around my waist. I pulled away, and he was all "why did you do that? I know you don't like that part of you, but I do." He's a sweetie and loves me even though I got a giant muffin top.

I called home to say goodnight to my kids and Josh told me that I had a package delivered. So I wanted to let you all know that January's box for me is waiting for me and I'm not there... Now I have to wait until Thursday to open it....

He is sweet. Ruben's like that too. I was feeling icky because I can't seem to get on track and lose anymore weight and he said to me no matter what I weighed I would always be beautiful to him.
I think my DH and your DBF are great and would probably get along well. They are both good guys.
