I just had to share......I didn't have to work today!!!!

My new job doesn't start till next Monday, and I have been off since Wednesday evening. So its been nice to spend time with the family and just chill. I didn't get out of my jammies until 3:30 today. Was doing some cleaning and and came across home movies of when Taylor was young. I wish every day could be like today.

You could always ditch your table, and come join us. I'm sure we could squeeze a fifth into my table. I got to spend some time with you last year, and none at all with the MotoX Sarah...that's why I said that. You know I would love to have you with me.

Next time I have a question, I'll just ask someone privately. My innocent silly little question turned into 1.5 pages of ugh.

Oh don't worry about it! It wasn't ugh! Just teasing and sillyness and me not having quite enough sleep! LOL! I haven't been able to sleep in my bed since I was pregnant with my daughter over 2 years ago! Everytime I try it my back gets thrown out or really sore...however, I got new pillows yesterday and tried it last night and was able to sleep and wake up without hurting! Woo Hoo! It would be nice to be able to regularly sleep in the same bed as my dh! I am sure he would be happy with that too! LOL!

I was lucky enough to spend one evening talking with her while waiting for some of the group to finish up shopping. It was really nice to get to know her better and have that one on one time to talk. Give her my best. And let us know how it goes.

We are sending Breezy & 3 friends to Cancun for graduation in early June. On Christmas we were talking about how fun Cancun is for young people and I wanted to show her our pix from our all adult group trip in 1995. That brought out the old photo albums and a few memories. I was kind of embarrassed at how many Cancun photos were explained by "well, we were drunk here...".

And I love both Sarahs!

However Heather.....as in our Heather...I am so confused about you and Jane....feel I really blunder that one...so no worries. Good luck with your U/S tomorrow. Wish I knew I'd want another kid before the time ran out. I had my DD9 when I was 39, and when she started kindergarten I suddenly wanted another. Not the best choice at 44....so I have baby envy...a lot.

And Sarah....the Heather Sarah, not Sarah the cruising motox one, wish Heather all the luck in the world. Good for her...the clock is just a ticking...and glad and excited for her that she is doing something about what she wants.

I switched to AmySue when we had the nurse Amy join our group since it was confusing ME.

Hey...I am open to ironing on transfers if anyone else wants to mail me a shirt/sweatshirt and transfers. I cannot print the transfers since I do not have a color printer, but as a general rule I am a whiz-bang at ironing.

Oh..MAJOR DISCLAIMER. Any clothing item that comes to my home will leave with some cat hair. It cannot be helped. And, I am sorry.

I am sure I had more to say, but drawing a blank...but one complaint...I HATE my job since the practice was sold. My hours are being changed again...now I get to go in early and come home later. How fair is that? I haven't even begun to try to figure out child care....it's likely end up costing me like $40 more a day since after care only goes so late. Yep...no raise.

Some are from Vegas,some are from a few months ago, some are from around town, some are from Seattle, some are from Orlando, some are from Denver, some are from the bar......

Sounds great! I would say we could go see what everyone ordered but I think most of us are getting the baked potato soup! YUM!

I love you too Linda! I felt so bad for you and Bree in September! I couldn't seem to stop talking you let you 2 get a word in edgewise! It was just so great to talk to adults after that many days with the kiddos! Sorry about that! Next time I promise to be as good a listener as I am a talker!

Theresa just reminded me of my all time most hair brained moment ever...and I wasn't even pregnant (though thanks for the support Beth ).

I spent the whole day last year on Thursday with Theresa and Stacie(lee). Theresa wore a ponytail. At the meet and greet, I saw this lovely lady with nice curly brown hair, and I introduced myself to her...you guessed it, it was Theresa! I didn't even recognize her with her hair down after spending HOURS with her earlier that day. I have to wonder about myself sometimes.

So, all I have to say is that we are very lucky to have 2 wonderful Sarahs with us.

Stacie(rita)-I'm so glad you had such a nice day. What are you going to do with the rest of your week? Any DLR in you future?

Did you miss me???

After 5 days in the chaos of pre-Christmas Disneyland my wonderful DH managed to pick up the stomach flu and got sick just over halfway through our drive home. At first we thought it might be food poisoning, but I went down on Christmas morning and I am just starting to feel human again tonight. But luckily Ty seems to have avoided it altogether (knock on wood). Meanwhile my sister and her girlfriend of over a year arrive on Wednesday night for a weeklong stay and the house is completely trashed. So, I will be spending the next two days digging out and doing a deep, deep clean to rid the place of any lingering germs.

I haven't had a chance to read all the way back, but the major thing that I think I am supposed to do right now is pick a table/time for dinner at CC. I would like to join Sarah May at 5 pm if that's all right with her!

If I have missed anything else important, please let me know as I probably won't have time to go back and read everything else.

Miss you all and hope that you all had a joyous and wonderful holiday!

OMG, I have two stories to match yours.

The very first trip, I ran into Katie. Now at the time she'd had a pic in her sig of her and her two kids and she looked like she had short hair. Really short. When I met this pretty lady in person, she had hair down her back and I was like, who the heck is this??? I had to sneak a peak at her lanyard.

Then at the Meet and Greet last year I saw someone standing in the doorway and they looked vaguely familiar to me. I kept staring and staring thinking, I know this person, but who are they??? Finally I asked someone else and it was Becci!!!

Now she was new on the last trip, so you think okay it's not unusual that I didn't know her, right? Wrong!!! I'd met with Becci, her DD, Jane, and Ty for lunch here in Vegas and sat across from her at the table for two hours!!!! And I still didn't recognize her. She'd had her hair up at the lunch, and down at the Meet and Greet. It totally changed her.


Stop messing with your hair people!!!!
