Hi ladies!!

Laurie, I am so sorry about the roller coaster you've been on. :(

Jill, glad to hear the sale was a success! Hope the rain isn't too bad. :wizard:

Tina, I can't wait for AR tonight. The finale! And it's here in Vegas. :thumbsup2

Courtney, welcome back!! Good luck with all that laundry. I always hate that part of returning from a vacation. :laundy:

Capri, glad you got your paper done. :thumbsup2

Carol, have fun on your upcoming DL trip. :)

Everyone else, I hope your weekend is going well. Although mine is going by too fast!

Today so far I've been cleaning and organizing drawers and my closet. Later I'll do more wrapping.

TTYL! :hippie:

Happy Sunday everyone!
Just got back from church, the post office (the stamp machines aren't working!), Big 5 and Borders. Now we're settling to rest a few hours because Diana has work at 4p and I have to take Jingles for a walk and start doing accounting homework ICK! I just have to finish up this week of classes and an exam in econ and then next week is finals!

I hope everyone is doing well.:grouphug:
We got our Christmas tree last night and the bridal shower I went to was pretty fun. Wow, my future cousin-in-law's family REALLY likes their booze :lmao:

Courtney - Welcome back! I went to DL on Thursday night and it was pretty busy but I was still able to get FP for Indiana Jones and HMH and was able to use them within 30 minutes of getting the FP. There were schools there and one Jr. high group was SOOOOOO annoying and loud. There was an ASB group from a different school (I'm not sure if they were Jr or Sr. High) but they were very well behaved as far as teens go. Did you see any school groups?

So they are having the sales at WOD for AP holders the next two Saturdays and I can't go to either one because I'll be home. Shucks! I did get some cool gifts for Anais in the 40% of section (all 2009 stuff).

Wow, you must all be out having fun and having a life! Not so over here. I'm starting homework for accounting class and continuing on a group project.

I'm having fun washing clothes and watching Harry Potter on ABC Family!

Cristabel, Thursday was a little busy. We saw a bunch of school groups. On Saturday there were a ton of dancing/cheer groups there. Friday night was insane. The 9pm Fantastmic was cancelled and they weren't sure if the 10:30pm was still on so ALL these people were trying to leave NOS, Main Street was packed from the fireworks, it was sooo crazy. We had to exit and go backstage down Main Street. On Saturday we woke up early and got to WOD at 7am and the line was about 500 people long, no kidding. Maybe more. They were only letting so many people in at a time. We were going to ask a CM how long the wait was, but we said forget it. They were handing out trash bags to collect what you buy. People were coming out with BAGS AND BAGS of stuff.

We went back to WOD about 10:30 and the store was still closed because AP'ers were still shopping. When they opened it a little after 11 we found some stuff one sale, like lollipops and all the Celebration stuff was 50% (they left the signs up).

Oh and if you're not a Premium AP holder and you use your AP twice for food discounts, you'll get a 20% off merch coupon on the bottom of your receipt. We got 2 (one on my AP and one on DBFs). It can only be used from 10am to 3pm and at WOD, the Emporium and Clothiers store and Greetings from CA store.

Courtney it sounds like you had a nice time. I hope the entertainment card made it before you left on your trip.

I'm feeling a bit better today but I know I'm not back to myself yet. I really wish I had 2 more days off this week so I can recover completely but no such luck. I'd take the time off but I'm taking time off next week for my birthday trip to DL. I started on my Christmas card, all of the addressing is done just need to do the actual cards. :)

Hope you all had a nice weekend.

Steph

Is the whole family going for your birthday or just yourself?

Feel better!

Mike's new job with Safeway is not working out....they are using him as a meat-cutter & paying him minimum wage. We feel they're taking advantage of him. He got his first full check & only made $6 over unemployment & that doesn't included the 25 mile round trip daily....so we're actually losing money now.

Laurie--does Mike get any benefits from Safeway? Like medical insurance? You need to factor that in too. Plus is there a chance that he can move up to journeyman after a while?

Hi girlies--well, I took a very quick trip to Disneyland. This was the weekend where I "accidentally" booked a DVC villa--as it turned out, neither Mom nor I felt up to going on Friday so we actually "burned" one night. We went yesterday morning--but not early enough to make the WOD sale or see any of the other gals. We had a good time though--lots of food (churros, popcorn, a burger and soup at Storyteller's, and then dinner--including beignets--at the Jazz Kitchen Express!) We also took in a great Christmas show with Billy Hill. However, it was COLD and so we booked out of Disneyland at 5 p.m. (right before the first Candlelight Processional--it was packed on Main Street) and went to the AMC theater (where it was warm!) and watched Old Dogs--ok, not great. Then we grabbed the dinner from Jazz Kitchen Express and went back to our villa and watched Harry Potter movies on ABC Family. Went to sleep, up this morning and HOME! I never got my gingerbread man--so I guess I will have to go back, right????

anyway, hope everyone has been having a good weekend--talk to y'all later.

Wow, I had such a busy weekend, but got so much accomplished!

The pressure was on to finish my Christmas shopping as I will be out of town the next two weekends and during the week all I can do is work, make dinner, watch a show or two, Diz and sleep. So, I shopped ALL DAY on Sat and today we wrapped everything, went grocery shopping and am finishing laundry. Oh, and I also got all 27 Christmas cards out today plus a few for family. I am exhausted but very proud of myself.

I cannot wait for to spend next weekend at PP and DL. Breezy & I are doing the holiday tour and Sunday the three of us are eating at the Chef's table at Napa Rose. I just love all the decorations and the ambiance all over the hotels and parks. :goodvibes

Well, we are about to eat dinner (Taco Pie, yummm) and watch 60 minutes and AR. TTFN!:dance3:

I sent off most of my Christmas cards. Sorry if the handwritting is a little sloppy. I was under the influence of some really good drugs. :rolleyes1

Prescribed of course.

I think that laundry breeds overnight. :headache:
Children should not decorate the tree alone. :rolleyes1
But afterall its just a tree.

I hope everyone is having a good evening.

Oh and my stocking is just mocking me....I swear no matter where I go in my room it is just staring at me !! it is saying, Debbie, open me................

Of course you have to go back, how about this weekend??

Our MouseAdventure team made shirts that we're submitting tomorrow for a contest, here is Allyson's shirt, since she's the cute skinny one that will model for the picture I submit:

Now I just have to get the other 3 done before Friday!!! I HATE ironing, with a passion!! Should have had Heather do it! But she made the design, it's so cute!!

Thanks for the well wishes.

It will just be me, so if anyone is in the area and would like to meet up even if for a short time let me know.

Sounds like a fun weekend, Cheryl.:goodvibes

We plan on checking out the Christmas Billy Show, too. Oh, and we want to squeeze in a showing of Princess & The Frog next weekend, too. How fun to see it in DTD, huh? Do you think the theater will be crowded?

Super cute tee, Stacie. :cutie: Are all the Diva MA participants meeting up somewhere before or after the game on Sat? I would love to sneak in and say hi.

Deb & Steph - I am so glad both of you are feeling better!

Steph, I got the card Tuesday. Thank you so much, it was a life saver. I hope you feel better!

Deb, I know what you mean about laundry breeding. I just do my own laundry and I swear it's multiplying. I am almost done though.

Stacie, that's an adorable shirt!!

Ew, I have work tomorrow and I need to talk to my boss about something. I'm a couple days late on it, but since I haven't been at work since Tuesday. I know a coworker is cheating and lied to our boss about what time he came in and left a couple hours early. I'm the only one who knows since I was there at that time and I feel like I need to say something. I'm trying not to be a tattle tail, but I'm frustrated with him anyways and it upsets me that he thinks he can get away with that. My boss probably won't confront him or if she does he'll lie about it. But, I feel like it's something I need to do. I feel just as guilty as he would because I'm the only one who knows the truth.

Just a quick hello to my fellow divas!

Been a very busy weekend around here. Yesterday Ayden was in a parade for his school. Very fun and very cute!

Today we got our Christmas tree. We didn't decorate it yet...I'll be lucky if I get lights on it by tomorrow night when Ayden gets back from his dads.

This afternoon we went to a tree farm in Dixon...about 30 minutes away from us. This place is so much fun. They have 8 ATV's all hooked together and the driver leads everyone through the tree farm and orchards. This year Ayden was big enough to ride his own so he had a blast! I posted some pictures of it on my Facebook. They also have a really good lookin Santa that pulls a sleigh through the farm. There's a firepit surrounded by chairs and they give you free hot cider and popcorn. popcorn:: Chris and his family went every year as he grew up. He took Ayden and I there our first Holiday together when we were dating and have made it a tradition every year since.

Oh and..............believe it or not...we are supposed to wake up to SNOW tomorrow morning!!!! It has not snowed here since I was a kid. I've only seen it twice in my life in Sacramento. It was in the mid 20's last night and the snow level is supposed to be at sea level by morning. KELLY..I hope you're ready!!! LOL Ayden is beyond excited! Chris is going to set his alarm when they say it's supposed to start tonight and if it does...I'm going to wake up Ayden to see it. Call me crazy but it's VERY exciting around here if we get snow!

Hope you all had a great weekend.

Okay, let's see if I can confuse you thoroughly. ;)

In the bottom right of each person's post there are three "buttons" to click on. The first one says Quote, the middle one has quotation marks " and a plus sign +.

In each post that you want to quote, click on the middle button with the " and +. It should light up a red color and that means you've selected that post.

Once you have selected all those you want to quote scroll down to the bottom left of the page where it says Post Reply. Click on that.

There before you will be all the posts you quoted. All you have to do is reply to each one and hit Submit Reply as usual.

Hmmm, I hope that helps. :rotfl: Good luck.
Testing it now.
Morning ladies!! Or almost afternoon by now. Hope you are all having a good day today.
