This was clearly an I HATE autism day!

Well tomorrow is hump day. I am looking forward to a long weekend. Raine has been ill the past 3 days. Nothing serious but for the most part she doesn't get sick.

Hope she's better soon and enjoys her birthday. My kids would think I was mad at them if I sent in a fruit and veggie tray instead of cupcakes! LOL So I was very impressed with that.

I mean, how fun is it to be doing Disney a totally different way.

They always give us each a sample with just the peurchase of two lollypops.....quite the delightful snack for the kiddo.

I have looked at the site for volunteer opportunities...and will have to look again. I was thinking about the water aid for adult swim lessons, but that required a 6 month commitment. Not sure about that!!

I know, that's why the better opportunities are going fast - the good ones are set up to take volunteers for only one day. I saw some fun ones like working with the LA Zoo, but it required weeks of training and then a long commitment. Some of these want a year! "A day for a year?" only if you've got the time.

Okay, well, let's see if I can confuse you completely.

Well, you know if you quote someone and you only want to respond to a section of their quote you can just erase everything but the sentence you want to reply to. Much like I did in your post above.


But if you want to break up one person's post into several posts and reply to each one individually, you can do that too. So I can take that sentence of yours that I removed, and repost it.

I only know how to respond to the entire quote?

I now broke up your original post into two separate ones. All I did was highlight your second sentence, cut, and paste it where I wanted it, and then made sure I had the

brackets around it with your name. To do that just copy and paste at the start and end of the sentence.

There I have thouroughly confused you now haven't I?
Maybe someone else can explain it in a less complicated way.


On another thread I was on, we'd have fun pirating people posts and editing them to say all sorts of funky things. Not sure if that will get us in trouble. Never did back then, but things are different on the DIS now.

But it would look something like this:

Oh ya I booked my return flight home, 4:50 on Monday. So I think I might need to skip Storytellers for lunch. I am not sure if I will have enough time to make from there to the HOJO's to catch a shuttle or a cab.

Hi ladies--I am "on vacation in Palm Desert but really have been working everydsy--and now watching the awful news on CNN about Haiti--let's all say a prayer for those people--what an awful situation.

Other than that I'm working on some scavvy hunt stuff and last night had my uncle, who lives here, over for dinner at our timeshare. Yeah that's it--go on vacation and cook an entire dinner and then clean up!! LOL

Other than that have just been resting and such.

I just recieved a email from Bethany Christian Family Services. This is the organization we were talking with when we were thinking about adopting out of Haiti. In the email it said that the 2 orphanages down there were still standing and no noticable cracks. They had 2 really bad after shocks so the nannies and kids slept outside last night. I am so glad they are ok this really hit home when I heard this this am.

It sort of is, isn't it? It's gray and cloudy here which normally would have me all sorts of happy, but today it's only making my mood worse.

I am putting a happy face on since it's Ruben's birthday. Going out to get a cake, a present, and some takeout. Then tonight Adam and Noelle are babysitting while he and I go to a comedy show. Free tickets for locals. Love it. And I could use a good laugh.
