I know about homework only to well. I had statistics homework to do over the weekend. It took me 3 hours last night to do 9 problems. I still have one more to do. And I have no clue how to do it.

DD starts school on Thursday so we will see how she fares in the homework department.

Ugh!!!!! Statistics--I hated that class! And like you, I have no idea how I managed to pass it! wish I could be of help . . .

what are you getting your degree in? is this a core class or something required for your major?

My degree will be in Health Information Technology....after I graduate I will be able to sit for the national RHIT exam.

Thank you for all the well wishes. I arrived about 5 minutes early and the interview was only 15 minutes long. I don't know but just having the interview made me uneasy, like I shouldn't be working there. Like it's my gut instinct, anyone KWIM?

I just have bad memories of the place (I used to work for Mervyn's in '05) because I went through a major "life" crisis. There was a terrible fight going on in my church ( a big split) and my church is my family so it really tested my faith but for the better, I think, because I realized that I can't put my faith in man but only in God. I was in high school and my youth leaders (who I was very close to) were being forced to leave and they had done nothing wrong. It seems our head pastor was becoming paranoid that a certain pastor (in charge of the children's ministry) was trying to take "his" church away. It took awhile to get over that big disruption in my life.

Funny that you should mention that. I didn't get called back by Mervyn's *PHEW* but I did get called back by the Disney store! I worked there seasonally last year and I know the managers and employees, and of course everyone is super nice! I'm excited because if I do get hired, I'll be going in BEFORE the holiday craziness which gives me enough time to get re-acquainted with the store and procedures.

I have an interview next Monday!

Wow, this is EXACTLY what happened in my church at about the same time too! Ever lived in Washington?

WooHoo Disney store! I almost got to work there once but it wasn't steady enough work so I had to turn it down for Wal-Mart. Not as much fun but they always needed people to work!

Hi Ladies! I'm a fairly new Diser...I happened upon this post and I must say I WANT TO GO! I spoke to a girlfriend and she wants to go too. So, I'm going to book a room this week. However, my job is ending in October and I can't justify going until I get a new job haha. Well, I could justify it somehow I think. I ran it by DH yesterday and he said nothing. I guess that means he doesn't care LOL! I'm hoping to know for sure in the next couple months. If my girlfriend can not go, I will be interested in finding a roommate. Now a bit about me...

I'm from Northern California, 33yo, married, a 2 1/2yo little girl..I'm fairly laid back but also a planner. I'm taking my family to Disneyland in October for Halloween and it'll be my first time going since I was 7yo, and my nephew and daughter's 1st time going ever. We are soooo excited about it! At any rate, I've subscribed so I can catch up on all these posts!

Another quick note before I dash off to work....I wont be able to attend the October mini meet I have to work that Friday and wont be able to attend.
I would like to know what is going on that weekend in March. I was looking at prices for hotels, and saw practically everyone is sold out. I think there is a convention going on....forgive me if this has been discussed already, I am still on page 8 of this thread....only 124 more pages to go
