Reminds me of an ex boyfriend and his friends (all teachers or paraeducators in Tacoma) who wanted to make, um, brownies for their annual Halloween party. Another teacher had to take out her, um, (illegal) crop so her grown son could host a local amateur wrestling tournament on their acreage, so they had ample, um, green stuff for the brownies. They made multiple recipes trying in different ways to make something edible. It was crazy. If the interwebs (ha) had been advanced enough back then ('97, I think?) I'm sure they would have created a page very similar for their (illegal and not recommended!) activities.

As you ladies know my grandfather was seriously ill. He passed away this saturday April 18th and I was not able to make it to him in time. His funeral was yesterday, and Ihavent slept just cried. I miss him more than anything, and wish he could comeback. the dr's gave me something for nerves to help calm me but I still continue to cry.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Remember that crying is OK. You've suffered an enormous loss...if you can't cry when you've had such a horrible loss, then when CAN you cry, right? So take it easy on yourself, don't judge how upset you are, and don't let others do that to you. You have to say this out loud to get it, but don't "should" on yourself. Everyone feels the pain of a loved one's death differently. I remember taking sleeping pills after my mom's death (a friend was with me to monitor how much I took, that's how hard I took her death) and it was absolutely a million times WORSE, b/c I was trapped in sleep with my bad, sad, tragic dreams...I had to fight to wake up from them, it was so awful. So be careful, OK? Hugs to you.

I know you are going to motorcross in Vegas, when I was there last week I went to the new DC store at the Miracle Mile shops and they told me that during the motorcross weekend they will be there doing an in store signing as part of their grand opening. Thought you might be interested.

Hello ladies... I am soooo sorry i did not hear my phone we were so wrapped up in the magic i got the message late. I am going alone july 27-30 if anyone is free to meet and hang out with me. I never went alone, so i'm nervous would LOVE a ride/shopping/lunch/tigger tail partner. MY TREAT!!! As you ladies know my grandfather was seriously ill. He passed away this saturday April 18th and I was not able to make it to him in time. His funeral was yesterday, and Ihavent slept just cried. I'm very sorry for your loss. I was super close to my Grandfather, and in fact he was the first person I remember experiencing Disneyland with. When I am on Pirates, and Small World and even Space Mountain, I remember him there with me and the jokes he told. He really liked the Tiki room and Jungle Cruise and talked a lot about Walt and his ideas to me. Anyhow, I hope you will have a wonderful time at Disneyland and it will make you happy.

I am doing my own modified version of the Adkins (new) diet. I do eat nuts, avocado, salads alongside meat and cheese. I have lost 18 pounds since March 20..I do have a lot to lose so that is why it is coming off fast. I know that it will start slowing down. The teacher I work for is losing about 2 pounds a week doing the same thing I am. She has also been doing it for 2 1/2 months.

It was hard on Easter since there was cake and candy along with all the delicious pasta and rolls. My mom makes these one rolls that are soooo delicious!! But I prevailed. I did eat alot of lil smokies.

I think our Tink shirt would be fine for Thursday. Plus any new girls can make their own before the trip if they want since we still have the design.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I was very close to my grandfather, and he was very sick the last two years of his life. It will be 14 years this Christmas, and I still miss him tons.

As for the tshirts, I don't think there are any hard and fast rules, but what I would look for is it meets the "theme", has a disney character, and has a bit of attitude. I personally also like bright colors. But that is just my thing.

Having more than one shirt was something we tossed around last year. I think it was hard to decide and cost was another factor. That is one reason why we went to Color of the day. Most either had something already, or grabbed a cheapie shirt somewhere. It doesn't matter to me though.

Not true!! I totally looked it up and thought it was funny, although was that really listed for kids??

I am working on finding a science project idea for my twins too so I've been doing a bit of research. One idea I found was to test different brands of chocolate bars to see which melts fastest in the sun. I doubt they'd make it that far though before they were eaten by me. lol

See, that's why I think one group tee, and then the rest of the days be matching colors so everyone can be coordinated but not matching. It's easier, more comfortable and more affordable for most. Just throwing that out there. As always I will go with majority rules.

So the link wasn't a site for kids. I just thought it was funny that someone had done a science project on Jello shots. Even a part if you could light them and set them on fire!! Then it gave recipes.
