We are going on the Dream the beginning of June 2011! I think that as long as you have not went past the paid in full date that you can switch to a cheaper booking.

Good to know! I think I will talk to my mom and husband soon and see if they want to go ahead and book. I can't wait to hear what you think of the ship!

Rough day today. After school today 2 high schoolers from my daughters school (Sultan High School) pulled out in front of a motorcycle on Hwy 2 and killed the driver of the motorcycle. Both the kids were not hurt physically but mentally they are a mess. To make things worse the man killed is from Sultan and the family is known in the community. His daughter goes to school with my son and his son is a firefighter in Sultan. Bad night in our small community.

I feel for those families...

Oh dear...I have been to Sultan...our high school played their high school when I was growing up. I am so sorry.

For those of you where there is a ton of snow....are the planes still getting out? I would hate to think there would be problems with that!

I am nervous...(I can hear you all asking why, so I will tell you!)...everyone else seems like they have a ton of things they need to do to get ready for the trip...but I think I am set. I still have a little packing to do and I need to revise my schedule and put my confos in my purse, but I think that is it...and that makes me nervous that I might be forgetting something! (I don't mean to sound upity, I am really worried!) AmySue has my pirate hoodie, I know what shirts I am bringing, Tinkerbites, my tiara and the candy for the M & G are already in my suitcase, I have my reservations for the hotel, plane, shuttle and have arranged for transportion to my local airport....I am not doing the pillowcase exchange so I don't have to worry about that....what am I forgetting!

Our dryer went out yesterday (nope not a breaker. DBF is an electrician, he checked everything out), so I am going to Sear's tmrw they are having a 25%off sale on Energy Star appliances.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but DLR just sucked yesterday! I know, happiest place on earth on my bday, right, how could it be bad? The weather was great, but it was issue after issue at DLR. Lines were terrible. 45 minute wait for Buzz Lightyear? Mid week? PP was almost an hour, Storybook Canal was 45 min! BTMRR was shut down when we were over there. Pirates was 30 min. wait, but we had a ressie and needed to be there sooner, then it was shut down when we got out. Went to DCA and TSMM was closed down, had been the entire day. ToT had about 45 minute wait, Soarin' had 55 minute wait and was out of fast passes.

Oh joy. I hope it's not going to be like that when we are there. I'll cry. Or strangle a cheerleader.

Think if I ever get back to a Diva trip I will make a shirt and put Tipsy Tart Member on it.

I'll need one that says Tipsy Tart Chaperone. Someone has got to make sure y'all don't stumble into the Rivers of America while in a drunken stupor.

Then again........maybe I'll just be the Tipsy Tart videographer.

I suppose I could get my eyebrows waxed...I haven't done that in a while and it might be nice...and I will be painting my toes the night before we leave so that is all planned out...I even bought a new nail polish...it is lime green!

I should sound more excited about our trip because it's in 7 days but this cold is really pissing me off! My head feels like it weighs 20 lbs today. I just took dayquil and I'm hoping it helps relieve my congestion.

I wish I could stay in bed all day but I have a full day of classes ahead of me. I'll probably buy coffee before class so I can have an extra burst of energy.

I'm just eating my breakfast right now before I leave and I'm hoping this orange I'm eating will help.

Hey all! First of all, thanks to so many for the bday wishes over on FB! I really appreciated them!

So, even though I was there 10:30-3:30 I went on 1 ride--Jungle! And Zoe was in rare form. You have to give kids bonus points for figuring out the most inconvenient times to be pissy!
I have to give props for lunch, courtesy of my dad and step mom, at Blue Bayou. We waited an extra 10 minutes and were waterfront! Had never done that. Food and service was great.
Got home and took a nap, then went to Red Robin for dinner. Had a pretty good time there. Love their fries!

Why is Disneyland so crowded? Are the year-round schools on break or something?

Well, at least you got a waterside table at the Blue Bayou. That would be nice. I've never done that before.

Like Theresa said, there will be a box at front check in desk at the Hojo, so when everyone arrives and checks in, they can drop off their candy. Then when the Meet and Greet team goes in to start setting up, they will already have everyone's candy and can have it all done for the start of the party.

Sarah - found the PM you sent asking about a sign for our door and drawing straws for the rollaway.

I'm sorry I missed it. I remember reading it, and seeing that you were wanting to know about Daisy's schedule and when she would be checking out, and if she would be storing her luggage, and who was going to be the one to check into the room for Thursday, etc. Well, since I was going to be the last one to get in, I didn't think any of it really pertained to me, so I sort of missed the last couple of lines.

About the rollaway - I wonder if the HOJO has those egg carton foam pad things to put on it? I slept on a rollaway last year when I roomed with Beth and January, and I could totally feel the springs and the bar in the rollaway, so it wasn't all that comfortable, but I don't think it would be too bad if it had a foam pad on it. Either that or just take the mattress off the rollaway and put it on the floor. Hmmmmm, I wish I had thought about doing that last year.

I say we just have a chugging contest at the Meet and Greet and the loser gets the rollaway.

Nahhhhhh, kidding. I don't mind taking the rollaway, but I'm going to have to figure out how to make it more comfortable.

Do you guys want to decorate a sign for our door at the Meet and Greet party? Or did you want to have one already done before the trip?

I think some of the girls have already made a sign for their rooms. Others may make one at the M&G. It's entirely up to what you and your roomies want to do.

Thing thing is, is that if some of us do one at the M&G, that means that we're going to have to bring all the decorating supplies and poster board and/or paper. If we have to bring the poster board and/or paper anyway, it almost makes more sense to have it decorated before we get there. Then we don't have to bring/pack a bunch of decorating supplies along with everything else we need to bring.

But I'm open to whatever my roomies want to do.

Glad you found it...I was starting to wonder if I had sent it to the wrong person. It would be great if we could decorate it at the m & G like last year but will there be things there to decorate with? Bummer about the roll a way. I don't think you should automatically have the roll a way...I think it should be up to luck...we are all paying the same to stay there! I have an idea...why don't we have Beth pick a number between 1 and 100...then the 3 of us each pm her our number choice and the 2 who are closest get the nice beds and the person who is furthest away gets the roll a way?
