Well, I'm not sure exactly what shirt to wear at the pajama party that really reflects my true trailer trash self. I could wear this one shirt that I think is freakin' hiliarious, but I'm pretty sure some of the ladies may find it, uhhhh, tasteless and shocking.

So I'm trying to decide....how low do I wanna go? (Low, as in class that is.)

Well, I'm done with my lunch break, and I'm now off to Costco. My grandpa's sister, whom I hadn't seen since I was really little because of some crazy family fued, died last week and the Rosary is tonight. I really don't want to go, and my mom says I don't have to. But I'm feeling lots and lots of guilt about it.

Hellooooo!!! We love tasteless and shocking. If anyone is offended by it, they must have snuck into the party and not really be a part of the Diva group.

Heather, glad the baby is doing fine. Now I hope you feel better asap.

Linda, I can't wait to see your pillowcase! One good thing about me not doing the exchange is it will leave me free to roam around the room and take pics. So everyone be prepared to smile.


Cheryl, I never had the pleasure of meeting Brandy, but I'm sorry to hear about her arm. And hang in there. Soon we'll all be together and we'll give you a big group hug!!


Tina, good luck with your decision on whether or not to go. I probably wouldn't given that you hadn't seen her since you were little, but you'll make the right choice.

Cheryl I am so sorry for all the bad luck lately. Prayers and good thoughts to your friend! That sounds really painful and I hope her recovery is not too long or painful!! And I hope things start to look better for you as well. I SO know the feeling. Sometimes it seems no matter WHAT we do we have this big black cloud hanging over our head but hey in just a few short weeks you will be with a lot of people that love you and want to be with you and we are going to have a GREAT time! That's got to be worth something eh? Every time I get down about stuff that is going on in my life I just keep looking forward to this trip and mom and I were JUST commenting at work today about how much we BOTH need this break and can't wait to see everyone!!

Tina I am sorry about your aunt. I know that is hard when it is a distant family member and esp when there is weirdness in the family. ((hugs)) and I am sure you will make the best decision.

I have NO idea about the canadian goodies you are speaking of but whatever they are they sound yummy and I can't wait to try them!!

I really hope the Seattle meet works cuz I am SO anxious to go back up there. I really want to go back to Pike's market and buy some more flowers and just walk around and no matter what I want to eat at Anthony's (even if mom and I have to go it alone which is totally fine, LOVE that place!! )

Today was a little crazy at work. I got in there and we had to run to a house because there was no lock box on it and it was up for an appraisal and the appraiser was sitting out front and couldn't get in. So we did that and then at lunch we went and had to buy a cheapier b&w printer for my laptop. I've never had one for my work computer before because I never really needed one. I would just use mom's if I did but now that I am doing all the payroll and using Quickbooks the CPA said it would be better if I had one and he wants me to get the checks and print them instead of hand writing them etc. SOOO I got that and hooked it up which was excitement and then it was time to leave.

Now I am just waiting to pick the girls up here in a sec but we didn't make it to Beverlys to get the stuff for the nametags. SOOO we are going to have to go another day. Just TOO much going on! Tomorrow they have office meeting and tour and then wed I am meeting with the CPA again so hopefully we can do it thur or fri. We need to get our candy too! I am just glad I got my pillow stuff done!!

Did my give a day get a day volunteer work yesterday. I don't need the ticket but I want the ears and pins! Now I just have to wait for my voucher.

I get in at 1:30. Both names are on the room. When I called it will pull up by my name since it is under my card. The only issue with check in is that you have to show the entertainment card to get the discount at check in and our roon probally won't be ready until 2pm since I put in a specific room request since last stay we got room 1719 a disney view but last room and let me tell you it sounded like planes taking off all night but just thin walls next to the freeway. They do have a great luggage storage area we have used when the room hasn't been ready.

Sounds good! I forgot you had the Ent. Card. I didn't get one this year. But yes, in the past you needed to show the card at check-in. And I have NEVER had my room ready at HOJO early (before 4 pm check-in time) anyway, so I'll probably just leave my luggage and head to the parks with the girls. My flight arrives at SNA at 10:50am.

I just put in the arrival time of my flight. They're usually just sitting out there waiting for people anyways. Make sure you print out your confirmation so they don't have to go look for it, especially since it's prepaid; I wouldn't want to have to pay twice!

SNA, Orange County, is a great airport to fly into. Small and easy to find your way around. The SS vans are outside the baggage claim doors, just look for the blue vans.

Well I have some good news from me... My Mom got the job!!!

She starts in March after our trip and they offered her $1 more than orginally planned. She's SO happy and thanks all of you for the wonderful wishes.

My paralegal/best friend Brandy (some of you met her at Ms. Sally's party) fell down a hill this morning and might have broken her arm. She is getting it x-rayed now.

Oh no, I hope she's okay.

Courtney, you are unbelievable - I can't imagine how you ate after we saw you, and then ate again!!! You are like a size 2! Another example of how life is unfair!

Sometimes I can't believe it either! And it was my Mom's idea to go eat Indian food!

Maybe there's a flap in the back!?!

I went to the MD this morning, baby is good. I have a wheeze, and so have an inhaler now. If I'm not better by Friday, I'm to go back in, and if my breathing gets worse I'm to call. I haven't gained a pound since last month or I lost what I did gain this week being sick. So, I'm only up 4 pounds overall at 18 weeks. Not too shabby.

Ah! That's out of my budget. I should ask my Mom to sew me some. WITH a flap in the back!

I mean......the shirt uses a particular term that you may not like. I'll give you a hint: It's another word for cat.
(But that's the worst of it. The shirt doesn't have any bad words or nasty pictures. It's just the "idea" behind the shirt that's a little naughty. And after all, I would only wear it to the meet and greet party, where of course we're all adults of the female kind.)

Or, I could wear this other funny cat t-shirt. It's not tasteless or shocking, but it is pretty hilarious.

Or the idiot t-shirt is an option too.

Hmmmmmm, choices, choices.

I just don't want to, ya know, offend anyone ('cause I'm nice like that).

I will be extremely busy for the next few days. It's our school's annual HUGE fundraiser this week. In 3 days time, we will sell over $150,00.00 dollars in steak sandwiches. We cut, season all the meat ourselves. We have a big booth at the Ag show in Tulare. 12 windows open with about 20 in each line during the rush. It's crazy. We always get on the news for our booth. Someday we are going to call the FoodNetwork about us. Anywhos, yours truly, along with another lady are in charge of all that money! I'm on my way now to help out with the cutting. Yesterday I sliced and diced a forklift full of onions! Now I have to go back and do another load. We grill them for the sandwiches. Yum. Our whole school shuts down for this event, so everyone can help. Gotta go!

LOL - Luke is doing great. He still has the black eye (kind of yellowy now) and growls at us whenever we hum the Rocky theme song around him (what kind of family would we be if we didn't rub it in, ya know?), but other than that he's super!

Drive by hi! I never remember to come over here anymore. I hit facebook and that's about it. Then I noticed a few posts and that the trip was coming up very soon and popped over for a quick visit.

And no, I'm not the mystery Diva. I wish I was but then I would be single because the boyfriend would surely dump me for ditching him on our anniversary. Although, I am tempted!

I feel bad that everyone is offering to share coffee/tea, helping with printing name tags, ironing on transfers and I have nothing to share. Anybody need anything from Canada?

Bring some Smarties too. They will love those if they like M&Ms.

I love that shirt. The other half is crazy about Tinkerbell and he can never get a man's shirt with her on it. I seriously need to think of getting him something like this if I get to WDW in Sept with him.

Shirley, all that snow would freak me out. Good Lord, is that normal for you? I must say my two favorite things about living where I do is the weather and being so close to DL. I can't wait to meet you and enjoy our trip. My DD is leaving Sunday night so I am gonna sit by you at breakfast at SH55 Monday morning, ok? Save the seat for me!

Speaking of, those of us left on Monday (I think there are only about a dozen of us) will probably experience "dead" parks and can walk onto most anything we want. I am really looking forward to the small(er) group and uncrowded parks. Let's all hang together, ok?

See my van stuck in the pretty snow that sparkles like diamonds. It took three tries but the third time was the charm and I got stuck but good.

See the nice man from down the road bring his tractor and scrape all the snow around the island and through the woods to dd's house, so that hopefully I won't get stuck again.

I just know that Raymond was in heaven today just shaking his head and laughing because he knows how I hate driving on snow.
