Good morning ladies! All this talk of WDW is getting me excited for my trip to WDW on Thursday! Yes, three days from now I will be on my way - staying at the Poly! My dh and I are meeting some friends for an adult weekend!

But, first I need to get ready. Kind of hard with a sick kid. Jack got sick last night. It wasn't fun - lets just say it was coming out of both ends. Praying it was something he ate and not a bug that will make its rounds around the house!

Just received my final grade for my RDG/530 class (reading and language arts assessment, techniques, methods, and lesson planning)......a 4.00!

WHOOP WHOOP!

And the instructor asked if she could use my work as examples for future classes. I'm totally flattered.

About the t-shirt pirate design - I believe that the large design is supposed to go on the front of a t-shirt. However, if you're wearing a hoodie, the large design is supposed to go on the back, and the smaller design is supposed to go on the front.


My question is this: For those of us doing a hoodie, is the smaller design for the front supposed to go on the left or right side? (Left or right from the perspective of wearing the hoodie.....so if you had the hoodie on and looked down, would you see the smaller design on your left or right chesticle area?)

I'm confused
First of all, the front page says we don't have to reverse the image to iron it on, is that right? How is that possible?

I think putting the smaller design on front is better because some of the ladies already have enough up top and don't need a big picture accentuating it and our tees would look really cool with the big picture on back so we would know one of our ladies from afar.

Cristabel, since you have to use the transfer paper for dark colors, you don't reverse it. The paper is opaque so that the darkness of the shirt doesn't wash out your design. You iron one side on, and then pull a top protective paper off the design.

On the tee shirts....I agree with Heather. I think we should do whatever we feel comfortable with. As for me, I might just put the small transfer on the front and that is it. Oh, and I might bling it up a bit.

If I remember correctly (I'm on overload too - LOL), I think it was Becci who was sharing a cab ride with me back to SNA on Sunday around that time. You want to join us and split the cost? It would be around $40 plus tip (total) to split between the three of us.

By the way, what flight are you taking back to Washington? I'm on Alaska flight AS507, departing at 4:00pm.

Ok silly question here....my flight leaves on Monday at 450 PM how do I book a shuttle or something for 230 pm? That should give me plenty of time to check in grab a coffee and relax before I head.

We haven't decided yet, the only thing with the free wk is that we can't go over a holiday. Maybe the third wk in December.

Too bad you're not going in July when we are!

$250 to stay for 7 days at BCV or AKV, is a great deal. Now if we can add the dining package that would be even better.

The only thing about the free dining is that I don't think you can get it if you're staying at a DVC property.

Oh, and I'm with you on DVC not being forever. I don't really understand why they did it that way. I know you can still get your money's worth over the years, but it just seems odd to me. I'm sure they have their reasons.

There are other timeshares that have a limited length deed as well. We also have one with Wyndham, used to be Fairfield, that is unlimited.

For the return to the airport, they always want to pick you up about 2 1/2 hours ahead of time. I fudge the time of my flight so that they pick me up at Hojo's about 1 hr 45 minutes to 2 hours before my flight. It's always worked out before. My flight leaves at 3:20, and I have them picking me up between 1:20 and 1:35.

Actually I am not leaving until Monday afternoon. I am sooooo brain dead! I know someone actually scheduled a shuttle for Monday. Just tryin to figure it out. I guess it works better when you know the correct day!

Goood morning! I want to see Valentine's Day (the movie) too. Jacob is in it!

Is there a list (or could there be one made) with the mini meets during our trip? I've been hearing (seeing) little get togethers, but I've missed them (what time, where, etc). Like the Billys Show, I heard girls were getting together to watch the fireworks. Stuffs like that.
