Afternoon ladies.

Steph I forgot to say it before but good luck on your promo tests. DH was in the army for 14 years so I know what a pain in the butt all that stuff is and also how hard it is so GOOD LUCK!!!

To all the sickies, get well soon!! I feel like I have been on an endless roller coaster of sickness. I get over one thing and it is something else. I am REALLY tired of always feeling like crap! I just want to feel OK for a little while! I swear I am falling apart!

Cheryl what an exciting moring! Loved the lizard story and gotta love those ceu's eh? And to whomever stated that it was a waste for CA to be educating you about the sex with clients, sadly, there are some that NEED to know this! (shakes head!!)

JANE I hope you see this. I just spoke with Barb this afternoon and asked her for the stuff for the game. I will get you her info ASAP! I totally forgot that I hadn't gotten her info for you! Sorry! I will get it to you as SOON as she gets it to me!!

Anywho mom and I talked with her and she seems good to go. She is really excited and seems on board with everything. She is going to wear her pj's, unlike MOM! And she is anxious to participate in everything so I am really excited. Then my mom was talking with ANOTHER friend of ours who is SO jealous and wanted to go THIS year but I told her it was too late for THIS year but I told her maybe next year. She wants the link to the site. She is a lot of fun so maybe she will be joining our little group. Her name is Debbie.

At first when I read you "had to show off your new ticker", I was like, she lost ANOTHER 5 pounds in just a week?!?!? DANG GIRL!!! But vacation banners are just as exciting!

Yup, WDW and Disney cruise and I am very excited. I wish we could do the 7 night cruise but it just isn't in the budget this time. We are doing a 4 night cruise and 4 or 5 nights at Fort Wilderness in one of the cabins. It will be me, dh, ds, dd, my mom and my nephew. I have been planning this since my ds was born and had to push it back a bit when I had dd (I want her to be at least 3 when we go and she has to be potty trained to participate in the kids activities.) I doubt we will see another 5 for a bit, at least a couple weeks with how I am feeling right now but oh well.

I am so so behind in everything! I am leaving for WDW next Thurs. and haven't made one...not one PS! Mr. CA will be joinning me for the weekend and Valentine's Day and I don't have a dinner reservation! We might be eating corn dogs for our Valentine's dinner celebration. I'm going to try to work on this tonight. Can anyone think of a good place to eat that isn't so popular that I needed the PS months ago???

My personal favorite would be California Grill at firework time or if money is not an issue try for Victoria and Alberts. We had the chef's table for our wedding dinner, and it was to die for!!!

That is funny. I have definitely helped many a bride use a stall during my career as a bride's maid, but don't believe I have ever seen a waitress step in to help!!!

I will agree with this statement. Today felt more like a Tuesday to me. Maybe that is to make up for last week having two Mondays.

Pirate iron on update. I finally opened the box from Sarah last night to start doing iron-ons. As a thankyou for doing the ironing for her, Sarah sent me several transfers for myself as we do not have a color printer. Anyway, I decided to start with mine since I could more easily replace my shirt. Well, it all went fab. No problems, no wrinkles etc. It really is super easy people, so anyone stressing...please don't!!!!

I will do Sarah's tonight. It was getting late as I did all my weekly ironing first, so wanted to be fresh to do one for someone else.

Vicki--I would go with Heather's advice and try for what you want--you never know. But, if all else fails, personally I LOVE the food at the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs resort. Especially if you wait to get an outside table (and it's not freezing!) it's so beautiful to sit outside and watch the ferry boats on the river . . . . . and the food is GOOD. I bet you can get in somewhere at Epcot or Boardwalk--even if you have to eat late.

Where are you staying? Another idea is to try something at the Swan or Dolphin--I've heard good things about their restaurants too.

Oh oh and I've heard Restaurant Marrakesh is good too and usually has reservations available (in Epcot)

Ok girls--I have not worked on my t-shirts and I have not worked on my pillowcase. I am JUST. NOT. FEELING. IT

So, I actually have a pirate princess black t-shirt and may end u p wearing that unless I get motivated. I do have my tie-dye shirt that AmySue helped me make. It didn't come out "perfect" but it will do. And I have red and green shirts already so I'm good there. (can't remember what else was on the t-shirt agenda).

Right now I just want to eat something bad -- darn--no ice cream in the house (well, pumpkin ice cream but ewwwwww).

Oh and for enquiring minds (and you know you want to know) I did not see the lizard in the driveway--but it was dark and I didn't look THAT closely. So I am hoping that he survived Bella and scampered away somewhere--but will look more closely in the morning.

Happy as a clam too....but I can't make the transfers...that is the problem!!! They don't take long...I can bring my scissors, iron, parchment paper with me and do it in the room if need be. Seriously, with me making a few minor mistakes, (not separating the papers before cutting) it took me 10-15 minutes to do a t shirt and two transfers on a black hoodie. Learning curve, likely can do each shirt in under 5 minutes.

So, anyone need any help? I can get her done!!! You too CHeryl.

I'm tired. I just fed about 50 kids dinner.

My Sister from Oregon is here visiting. She is the one with cancer. She seems to be doing OK. I hope it lasts! She and my Mom are coming over tomorrow for our Sew and Craft time. I don't know if you all know this, but I started this last year, after my Mom lost her DH, my stepdad. It was to help keep her busy, and also make sure she was getting a good meal into her. I always make plenty so she can go home with enough food, for a good meal the next day too. Anywhos, at the moment, I am working on my DD's crib bumpers, skirt and comforter. I think tomorrow I will also do my transfer on my T-shirt. I'm curious about it, after reading results from Trudi and AmySue. Oh, and my pillowcase is done. Nothing fancy.

Well there is a good book beckoning me at the moment. So I think I shall get my shower, get cozy in my jammies and snuggle up with my book.

In the vein of being responsible and worrying about what could happen with budget cuts and potential layoffs, I have been fighting it, but Dave and I talked tonight and I'm coming 'cause I can't imagine missing the chance to hang with all of you. Dave is applying for a job that is open on my campus which would be more money, more stability and quite frankly more personally fulfilling to him, so keep your fingers crossed. If he gets it, we might have to postpone/reschedule our WDW trip, but that would be a small price to pay.

Also, I'm a little nervous about making the drive (So-Cal traffic initimidates me) but with Beth as my cheerleader and co-pilot, I will be a brave Diva.

Anyhow, thanks to everyone for your fun facts--I have learned so much about everyone and can't wait for all of you to join in the fun. I am still waiting for 3-4 of you to give me your facts, but since I accidentally left my flash drive at work I don't have the list in front of me right now. But, I can say that if your name is Wendy, you are currently on the bad monkey list
