OMG!!!! We should totally do that! I had it once at Beaches & Cream with 2 friends. We couldn't finish it.

It was SO fun with pics & really quite good.

Watch, after all this we'll be too full from Redd Rockett's that we won't even want to think about funnel cake OR ice cream.

And I finally bought one of theose Scotch Fur Fighters.

Hopefully there really work. With our two Persian kittens the couch is always covered in fur.

I just got out of the big search committee meeting that I spent most of the past weekend prepping for (well to be more specific I probably spent more time avoiding doing the prep work than anything else).

Now I'm off to the next meeting. Only 3 meeting left today, and then 4 tomorrow and 6 on Wednesday and then it's Disney time!!!

Hey Mel, I can teach ya! It's really easy, especially if you're just returning someone's text. Starting from scratch is a whole different ballgame.


I got my pillowcase today - who knew how expensive pillow cases could be? I'm not much of a 'blinger' so I'll be putting in goodies.

Wow! Things are getting close! I guess I'd better think about packing! But of course that means I need to do laundry first! I usually do laundry and then put all my clean stuff in the suitcase. Hi All! I'm getting excited for you all. Helps that we're having a mini snow storm and I don't wanna be here. We've had hardly any at all but I'm still gonna complain about it.

Yes Mel, Chris should be able to teach you. We gave her a crash course on one of our trips to WDW. She's a pro now compared to before that.

I was forced to learn how to text on my first WDW girls trip. I got really good at answering yes & no....not so much with sentences. The way they kept in touch with each other was "marco?".....replying "polo at Epcot"! LOL But somebody would send out a Marco and then your phone would go crazy with all the polo's! Just make sure you have texting on your plan......as I didn't at the time and had a "slight" increase in my bill that month

Busy day here. Making lists and checking them twice. I have to get labwork done and figured I'd do it tomorrow morning instead of next week after all that bad eating...LOL

Also getting the grocery shopping done and laundry, so I don't have to hear "there's nothing to eat or wear!"

I went to finish a part on my pillowcase....and my iron is dead! lol Probably from lack of use. I think I shocked it by turning it on last week to start the pillowcase & sweatshirt. Will have to borrow a neighbors or something.

Ummmm....thats about it. Happy Monday! The weather is gorgeous today...and if you had listened to the weather dorks last week, they said it was going to rain Sunday night and monday.....wrong again....sprinkled a little last night and sunny & pretty all day today. I heard them say this week will be a "hopscotch of showers". Kind of hitting here & there through out the ending of the week. No worries!

They're only the tastiest, easiest cookie ever!

Peanut Butter Blosoms
14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Bisquick
1 tsp Vanilla
Sugar
Chocolate Kisses

Preheat oven to 375. Beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 6-8 minutes. Press Kisses into cookie after baking while they cool on the cookie sheet.

Just posted my very last requirement for my class (SPE/514) - WHOOO HOOO!

Chugged a beer to celebrate!

So far I have a 99.74% in the class. Lets hope I did well on my final projects. Fingers crossed.

Haven't even showered yet today....which seems to often be the case on final class days. But I'm heading to the shower as we speak, and then time to make spaghetti for dinner.
