Girls Only Disneyland Trip - Old Thread

Okay ladies, we need to talk pizza for a minute here. (My favorite subject!! lol)

First off, we got GREAT news from Lorealle today. She sent me an email letting me know she and Willie made some calls to the company that had previously booked the conference room, and were able to get it cleared for us to use it for our Meet and Greet on the night of the 5th!!

So no worries about being out in the cold or rain.

Now the plan is to order pizza from Costco. We need some info on what sort of pizza everyone prefers so we don't end up ordering too many meat, when most prefer cheese, that sort of thing.

These are the choices:
Vegetarian (bell pepper, onion, olives, mushroom),
Meat (pepperoni and sausage),
Combination (sausage, pepperoni, olives, bell pepper and mushrooms),
Pepperoni
and Plain cheese.

We have 30 ladies signed up for this event. PLEASE, PLEASE post and share your opinions on what you'd like to see ordered so those planning it can get a general idea. Thank you!!

Also they are planning to serve a salad. AND we are asking those who are able, to please bring a dessert to share. Even if you are flying, if you can pack some cookies in your suitcase that would be great. If it's simply not doable, that's ok, but for those who can, please plan to bring a treat to feed approx. 30. Thanks!!


Finally, we need to discuss drinks. We need ideas on how best to manage this. We are going to do Jello shots that Cheryl has graciously offered to make and chill ahead of time. But if anyone wants anything stronger, or some wine, etc. then we need to figure out the best way to do that. Perhaps pool some money and make a liquor run?

Anyway, thanks for your input. That's what will help make this trip a success!!

Cheryl, Michelle, and/or Stacie, for the pizza, I prefer veggie or plain cheese. Either one. And I will bring a dessert. Since I'm not flying, it should be easy.
As for alchohol, I don't drink, but if someone wants me to bring something specific for them, I'd be willing to pick it up beforehand.

As soon as I'm up to it, maybe this weekend, I want to start looking for one and for some little treats to put in it!! I can't wait!!!

I bought mine quite awhile ago, and have one thing in it so far...

Beth, I am not a big meat eater...so cheese is fine or if most of the ladies like toppings, I can just take em off. I'm not picky.

I like the Combination pizza. I think pooling money and making a drink run would work.

And I didn't even have to get you a Red Bull since you brought your own. You should have taken some of the cupcakes home; I took some of the cake and my family has already eaten some of it.

I think I set a new record in getting home; we left the Character Warehouse (where I spend less than $10, another record) at 2pm (AZ time) and pulled in the driveway at 7:05pm, after stopping to go to the bathroom and stopping again to get gas. Obviously traffic was very light, even coming out of the LA area.
