I added a link on the front page to a slide show I made using photobucket and some of the pics shared on shutterfly up to this point.

Some pics from the hotel the other night. (Ignore the date on the pics, obviously it's wrong, lol)
It's called The M Resort http://www.themresort.com/ and it's really nice. These are probably only of interest to Amy, Jane and anyone who comes to Vegas for vacation, but I thought I'd share them anyway.

The beds. They were soooo comfy. Thick pillow top mattresses.

The desk area and flat screen tv.

The mini bar.

Table and chairs, with the floor to ceiling window behind it. The view was amazing!!

Bedside table with cordless phone and radio.

Room entry way, and window into bathroom overlooking tub. (It does have a shade that comes down for privacy, lol)

The shower.

Closet area inside the bathroom. The bathroom mirror also had a small, flat tv that was built into the mirror. It was weird. lol

Me kicking it in the tub. It was nice and roomy, not one you have to squeeze into.

We had the most awesome view of the pool area with the Strip off in the background. It was really nice.

I was soooo tired and that bed felt so good.

Anyway, it was a nice place. We had the buffet the next day for lunch and it was really good. I'd recommend it for anyone coming to town, but not looking to stay right on the Strip, or for any locals looking for a get away. The room we had was $80 a night (I think that was a locals special though, not sure) and we got $75 in free slot play, so it was a good deal.

I have to agree 100%+++++ here! I joined last minute and just kinda drove down, met up with the groups along the way, and the whole time everyone made me feel very welcome. Also, the scavenger hunt made me feel like less of the Disney freak everyone at work claims I am. Though, to their credit, I am at work and posting on the disboards...

Me too, Beth. And our odds are better that we'll keep it off. Did you see that guy who won the Biggest Loser who was on tv (Oprah?) revealing that he had regained half of it already?

A trainer told me if you lose weight because someone is yelling at you (which they do on the show), then as soon as that yelling stops, you'll regain it.

About the photo - I see your only missing one is 25 - and 26 is Cristobel with her arm around her. So she must remember who this is.

Heather - hope you take it easy today! You are really a trooper! (or is it trouper?)

Stacey - glad you are seeing the doctor!

Ya that is sad, I think it is Eric. But things happen.
7 years ago I had a gastric bypass, not the entire thing. There were complications from a previous surgery & they found a smidge of cancer so, the doc decided that for my own health reason to not do the invasive surgery. That could cause more harm later down the road. So basically I only had 1/2 of my stomach stapled & my intestines moved around a bit. But I never lost any of my intestines. But anywho. I lost roughly 170# give or take 25 #. So cancer was gone. I was a lovely & sickly looking size 6. Then 2 years after that I found out I had ovarian & cervical cancer. So sick again. But not too bad. I survived, but was wretchedly weak & looked like death...well with other things involved, I was put on steriods. Between the steriods, the stress, a failing relationship, I gained back 65 pounds. I have been struggling for over a year to lose....
I exercise everyother day, I go to the gym, I have had a trainer, I eat right for the most part. But its a struggle. I have been off prednisone (sp) for 3 months now. So hopefully it will get better & easier to shed...
But I think that I would have less motivation if I had someone yelling in face & screaming...I would probably yell back...
However, food isn't my down fall...its alcohol...
I read somewhere one time that after people have had this surgery they find a new addiction. Although food was never my addiction, it was a comfort when things were bad. At one point my addiction was shopping. Now alcohol.

But in most cases when that happens, the contestants have gone back to their bad eating habits, no exercise and such stuff.

Damn reality.
I hope you get an answer about your bites. Skin rashes and bites are no fun and often hard to diagnose. I've been there with the rashes before on my kids and they often just guess.

Hey Deb--8 years ago I had gastric bypass--lost 140 pounds and now have gained back about 50 or so. Never got "skinny" and although can't eat what I used to still eat the wrong things.

It is a constant struggle and one that I will have all my life. I went through a shopping addiction too--now I have a Disney addiction!!! Not sure which is cheaper!

I am sorry you've had so much in the way of illness--my BFF also had stomach cancer and had intestines and such removed--she is still overweight.

Oh, and in my gastric bypass I had internal bleeding and almost died. Other than that it was totally worth it--LOL.

Yup, Deb is under Melody's arm (hope it wasn't too stinky!!).

So #25 is Sarah, and there are 35 people in the pictures. In all of the Photopass pictures, Sarah is wearing a hat.

Kerry is right, I bought two boxes too. I have now collected 7 or 8 of the different designs. I still need Figment, the Yeti and one or two others.

The figurines are adorable too, but out of my price range for buying something blind and not knowing what you will get. I have heard of people buying multiple cases of them in order to collect them all. And, the one I liked best was the HM one that cost over $40, but at least you know what you are buying at that size!
