I went and got my hair cut at lunch and I hate it! I told the lady all I wanted was a trim and the front to be re-layed and what does she do??? She chops the shortest layer above my chin! I am so mad right now. Now I think I have to dye it tonight to try to make it look a little better.

Aww that sucks. I hate it when that happens. But I've seen how cute you are and honestly, I can't imagine you ever not looking great.

Question: Do the rooms at HoJos have a hair dryer, I really don't feel like bringing my own. I'm already bringing my flat iron as it is. But if it's raining I'm just putting it in a pony tail.

I can't remember. I think ours did, but we've only ever stayed in the Premium rooms.
I never blow dry my hair so I rarely think to notice things like that. I'm so freakin lazy most of the time I run a comb through it and that's it. It's too thin to do much else with it.

Oh I hate when that happens. Grr. And since I'm a person who tends to cry about big haircuts, they would know immediately that they messed up.

I'm not a fake user, my knees do give me a lot of trouble (partly my fault because of my weight but also because I've had bad knees since elementary school). I also messed up my lower back (have yet to see a Chiro) and when I stand for long periods of time it hurts like the dickens; that's why I'll be hitting up the jacuzzi Friday night and do some stretching.

Oh, I meant about switching out the riders in the wheelchair.

I got to go pack some more plastic bags and lara bars in that messenger bag.

Lucky you can get the lara bars! We had JUST become totally addicted, in a good way, to the Clif Mojo bars, when the supposedly mostly organic bars were part of the peanut butter recall. Everyone's mightily confused about that, since they are supposed to be ORGANIC and the peanut place wasn't! Anyway, Mojos with expiration dates all the way out to October '09 are recalled, and NO ONE around here has any Mojos. Clif bars, Z-bars, Luna bars...all the other Clif brands yes...but Mojo, no. Bet they realized they weren't as organic as they thought they were and someone got in trouble...

So here we are, without a good (to us) bar-with-protein-and-lower-carbs...sigh.

Mom got us A49 and 50! YUCK ve a good evening and see you once more I am sure before we head out!

Oh gosh, that's not yuck, that's great! You'll still be, barring medical pre-boarding people, at max the 49th and 50th people on the plane. Probably less b/c the first 15 seats are held for full fare people and there generally aren't that many of them. No worries! Families with little ones and all of B and C will be getting on behind you.

Give me a list of flavours and I can stop there on my way to Disneyland at Whole Foods and get you a ton of them. I charge a delivery fee of course of 15 dole whips, lol.

There is a massive peanut recall including pet treats and food as well as snack bars, ice cream, baked goods, candy, cakes, and even steak. Check with the FDA. I hate at least recalled Lara bars eek.

There is a Whole Foods in southeast Long Beach near Seal Beach that I go to.

I just remembered with your mention that hubby was able to get the Clif store page to open...I couldn't, with my Mac and Firefox, but then he tried with his PC running Linux...but I'd forgotten that.

I've never had a lara bar.

We're just trying to figure out why the Mojos, at least in 25 miles around my zip code, aren't being sold while all the others are...it's just odd. Or our stores are scared or something.

All I know is that i'm getting tired of the HUGE list of "things you have purchased that are recalled" on our Fred Meyer receipts! I want to tell the computer "yes, I know, youv'e told me several times now...however those things were eaten well over a month ago, so we can't return them, stop it".

Amy and Jane both know what's in mine. They were there when I bought it and the stuff to go inside. They said they were going to fight over it, but I think they were just being nice.

Totally not just being nice!!! Except I can't fight over it because I never got around to a tote for the exchange. But I did buy some of the same things you put in yours....that's how much I liked it!!

Man am I last minute! I noticed this thread again on Monday night, convinced my husband I should take fairycat's VIP this morning, got the day off confirmed from my mgr, and now going to DL! I LOVE living this close! I am planning to be there Thurs night (traffic dependent), Fri, and Sat morning. Just going to put this out there, if there is anything with an opening on those days, let me know and I will try to fill it. (esp the scavenger hunt. Extra incentive - my team has won MouseAdventure before)

Augh. I'm bummed, just in case they pull them entirely and forever, because they are the only ingredients-listed snacky frozen item at the parks that DS can have. NO CORN SYRUP! Celebration!

I hope they don't pull the bananas for your DS's sake--maybe the peanuts on them turned out to be part of the recall?

And there were many short-sighted accessibility things they did on TSMM. The stair thing is just ridiculous. and then they make this huge accessible area, with waiting benches and everything, and make the area where you leave the wheelchairs and scooters so small you can't manuever and make the exit hallway so tight that you end up hitting the wall--oh and you dump out into the store and many times there's someone right at the end that you have to avoid hitting! Not great designing at all.
