Let's hear from a couple more ladies on what to do. I don't mind doing the order if people are willing to take a chance.

Can you please give me a recap on the Costco AP? Do I order it online, or do they have them in the stores?

I believe they only sell them in So. Cal Costco stores. However you don't have to be a So. Cal resident to buy them or exchange the voucher for your AP.:thumbsup2

Afternoon all. We had a fun day. Took the girls to see Bedtime stories at the dollar movies. It was cute! Bolt was playing there too and I really want to see that one as well but probably will have to wait till it comes out on video! Now I am back home and just got all caught up WHEW! Love the tiaras but mom and I already picked one. Those are really cute though. I hope it all works out and you guys are able to get one.

Cheryl I got your e-mail and I have 2 ideas in my head that just popped up but I can't decide. Ah decisions decisions. But I LOVE the contest. VERY cute idea! :)

Gosh I am just getting SO excited and the crazy part is we have been talking and talking about this trip for SOOO long and now it is almost here and it is just going to FLY by! But alas I am still really excited to meet everyone.

And hey CAPRI and DEBRA are we still on to share a cab? Plus I want to hit the parks for a bit before the pizza party for sure. Mom wasn't to game but heck I'll leave her in the room ;) If everyone else is going to be getting some park time I am certainly up for it! I definitely would like to ride TSMM or anything else. I have only ridden that ride once I think. When we went in July we had to wait in a HUGE line at the beginning of the day to get in on cuz it was still so new and when we went to FL, well forget about it. It was thanksgiving week and eventhough I sent Shane back first thing to get FP's there was a 45 min line JUST for fp's!!!

He has STILL never been on the thing and going on spring break is a scary thought too but I will make sure he gets on it ONE of those days for sure!

Anyway I am off for more good tv tonight. Survivor, CSI and 11th hour!

Hope you guys have a good evening and I am sure I will have tons to catch up with tomorrow too LOL.

Have a good night everyone! :)

With all this tiara talk - did we ever get confirmation that we can meet the VIP guide at the PFF on Friday?

I thought we were meeting for the VIP tour on mainstreet?:confused3

Today's session was soooo much better! I was more relaxed, we talked some about Nathan, and she gets it! :cool1: I'm always worried that other people don't see what I do, but she does and she's given me great tips to help him along. As long as we are moving forward, I am good. Nathan is a great person, and I want him to be the best Nathan that he can be.

Yay! I am so glad things are going well!:cool1:

Jane, my ped was exactly like yours, older, laidback, loved him. He blew me off at Nathan's 18 month appointment in August. In November, I couldn't wait any longer, and I referred him for an evaluation through our states early intervention program. Listen to your gut, and think hard about things. If you feel astrong need to get things looked at do it! You know your child better than anyone.

I couldn't agree more! The wait and see approach is not always the best - go with your gut feeling. It won't harm your son and just might prove to be very beneficial to him! :thumbsup2

Based on a couple of questions--yes, you can submit more than one possible name! The most important thing is that we come up with the "best" name for our girl!

I love some of the ones already submitted . . . . this is not going to be an easy decision!

I believe that for the Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour.... We're trying to meet the guide at PFF so that the ladies doing the VIP tour can also take part in the fun at the PFF.

Kelly ~ Capri & I are hitting the parks after we get there also.
I am so freakin excited!!
14 days!!

I can't stand being alone when my husband is out of town.
It's already dark here and I've gone upstairs for the night.
When the dogs start barking like crazy at the front door.
So i go down and it's some guy wanting to talk about lawn care.
Whatever for that..we have mountain landscaping with rocks taller than me. There is *NO* lawn to mow.

I didn't open the door, but now he knows i'm here alone.
Creeps me out.

hhmmmmm... :headache:
Tomorrow i'm going to stay the weekend with my parents til Bob gets home late sunday night.

Thanks to all who have responded with thoughts about speech delays and ear infections. I tried talking to one of Ty's two main classroom teachers today as I picked him up to see what her thoughts were regarding his speech compared to his peers (he is in a class of all 1 year olds). She felt like he us vert social and a classroom leader, but agreed that he mostly babbles and mumbles words alot and that there isn't much intelligible speech yet. But, she didn't seem too concerned.

However, she is 20 and while I love her (and so does Ty) she doesn't have either a child development degree or a medical degree. So, I am arming myself for the conversation with our ped about speech and about his continual ear infections.

Oh, and Molly, I NEVER would have thought about it being a chiro issue that is causing his ears to get infected so often--I will definitely be looking into that!

He doesn't necessarily know you're alone. Bob could have been in the shower!

But go stay with your parents and feel safe!! :goodvibes

OMG, I had such a hard time narrowing mine down because I thought you could only submit one name per person! :rotfl2: You are going to end up with tons of names to sort through. :rotfl:

Ugh, I feel your pain!!!!!!

When we first moved here to Vegas, Ruben was on the night shift. He worked from 6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and wouldn't get home until around 3 in the morning. I hated it.

I'd keep the kids in my room with me on the floor, and lock and barricade the bedroom door. I'd have a flashlight, a phone and a knife beside me on the nightstand and I'd be up all night listening for any noise. It sounds funny, but honestly it was so hard on me. I wasn't getting any sleep and then I'd still have to wake up in the morning to get the kids ready for school! :sad2:

Now he works days, but I'm still home alone during the day, which is actually when most break ins occur. So we got a house alarm and I keep it on at all times. Gives me some peace of mind...........but I'm still jumpy.

Hang in there, we're here to keep you company.

Where is everyone?? I'm bored. The kids homework is done, the dishes are washed, the laundry is drying, and I'm too lazy to do anything else but DIS while I wait for Survivor.

Hi guys!

I am so pooped. I should be studying, but I am sitting here on the dis.:surfweb: I am excited about the trip and I am finding a hard time focusing on my classwork.

Cheryl---I agree with the other ladies. I think we should opt out of the ebay order. It seems too risky with the trip so close. I do appreciate you offering to do it though.:flower3:

I'm here, but I'm working on something for my tote bag.

I HATE my tshirt I ordered from zazzle. It's huge in all the wrong places, and still tight around the 'girls'. Also, it might as well be a turtleneckk becasue the neckline chokes me. I'm sooo not fitting into the man style shirt.

So, plan B. I need to find a shirt to iron onto. I'm going to check out walmart.
