I am very jealous. I'm the one home sick and DD picked the last movie. Cheaper by the Dozen 2. Not the best.

Oooh, my DS used to like those Cheaper by the Dozen shows too (now he's more into scary movies because he's just cool like that ). I'm just watching Wife Swap because I can't be bothered to find a good movie. I have time - gotta pace myself! It's a loooooooong evening

Hi everyone! I think I'm all caught up now from today.

It was a nice lunch. We ate at a place called Bahama Breeze. Very good, with a cute island theme to it. Of course the weather outside looked like a hurricane was coming through!! It was cold and windy today. Big change from the 81 degrees yesterday.

Anyway, we all had a good time. I think we were in there about two hours or so. lol I took a pic and will post it in a bit.

It was funny, but I was not that into it. One family was Irish and hard core into Irish everything (dancing, music, art) and very conservative. The other was a biker family. I don't think I would do well on this show, but I'm boring any way

Thanks...but when you are 5'4" & he is 6'7" almost 6'8", he is like super tall.
I swear looking up to him hurt my neck. He is 28, very nice, but made me sleepy. He is on graveyard & had a mtg, it was cancelled & called to see what I was doing. So I took a break from my homework & went over there.
We talked for a bit & he started to fall asleep so I left.
I should have stayed & napped..when I got home I was so sleepy. But I am not that kind of girl.

Where do they find those people on that show?? They are so extreme, and some of them are so weird.

I know!! Some of these people are just so odd. I mean really, do these people really exist or do they plant for viewing pleasure???

I had fun tonight with Mary Jo and my friends from SGT. It was nice eating dinner with people who accept you despite your quirks.I was first and shortly there after Mary Jo showed up half an hour early We talked a lot about divas and got to know each other better.

She is so nice and kind and compassionate. I wish there were more people like her in this world. It is a great restaurant and the service was outstanding. Mary Jo can better do a trip report but we had California rolls except Lara who had Cucumber Sunomono
Thinly sliced Cucumber and Wakame Seaweed with Tosazu Dressing

The salmon was so delicious with some sea salt and lemon instead of the teriyaki. Lara got my veggies and ate those. I loved the steamed white rice. I had this huge salad with Baby Asian Green Salad with Shaved Fennel, Cucumber and Rice Wine Vinaigrette. It had pickled ginger and field greens. I could eat that every day and it was so yummy.

Lots of talk about silly guests, stuff on the boards, and neurovariants. Mary Jo was the only neurotypical person of the four people. Of course we included her as it is wrong to exclude people. I found out that Mary Jo is a guardian angel, did you know that? It was a bit sad to see such a fine restaurant close. It is a 4 star restaurant in a motel 6 type of hotel. I wish they would move it to Downtown Disney.

The staff spoiled us and we did not leave until almost 10 pm. Wow over 2 hours in the restaurant. The waitress was out of iced tea so she gave me a giant bottle of water free. It was a 20% cast discount so came to $168 plus a $40 tip, not bad for all the food we ate and I mean so much food that the table was not big enough. Later on I will link you to the pictures. A plush Tigger came along as he goes to most SGT meet and greets. I gave him to Lara and now he comes to our dinners, a mascot.

I am so tired that I cannot think straight. So much food and so many nice people. Mary Jo can tell you more later. I had fun as did Lara and Chris.

First of all Stacie I am so sorry that happened to you. That is SO scary!! I have had a few road rage incidents but nothing quite THAT scary. It seems this weekend is the weekend for nut jobs!

Yesterday I was SO happy when I picked the girls up from school because it was open house and the girls had book fair so Katy had a contest at school where she had to guess how much popcorn was in a jar and she WON out of k-3rd grades which is a lot because there is like 4 of each grade. I was SO happy for her. Plus Shelby had a big party in her class and they were SO excited and telling me all about what they had gotten and everything. So the point was we took a little bit longer to go to the car and THAT must have been when it happened. I park along this side street of the school and mine was the last car left by the time I walked over to it and when I got home the girls noticed that someone had scratched 3 times in great big letters the word DIE all over my car. I was majorly PO'd. My car is only 2 years old and it is paid for and we are hoping to sell it and use whatever money we got out of it for a decent down payment to buy a better vehicle. When we bought it it was what we thought we wanted but it is just too small for us and so we need something just a little bigger and I HAD kept it in really good shape and now THIS! I was livid. I called the school and the principal said it will probably keep happening cuz the jr high kids are bad about stuff like that. Plus Shane said based on what they wrote it may be friends of lynn's. I am just SO upset right now and it is kind of ruining my trip because I am so mad and I don't know what to do when I come back. Now I am afraid to leave my car to get the girls that MORE damage will be done to it!

Anyway also Sara I wanted to say I am so sorry about what happend to your son.

Anyway we have a bunch of stuff we need to get done today and then we are leaving bright and early tomorrow so hopefully we can have a good trip. Probably won't post after this afternoon.

Oh my! That is awful Kelly. I'm sorry that happened to you car, and I wouldn't be surprised if, as you said, it had something to do with Lynn or one of her friends.

Ruben took Lindsey into the Urgent Care this morning. She's got a sore throat and cough. I almost didn't send her, but then I figured better to be safe then sorry. So I am waiting for them to return and then I'm not sure what we'll do after that. Depends on what they say and how she's feeling.

I'm at our local library, so that's how I' able to talk to you!! Thank you all for such warm welcoming!!! I hope to find a computer today..so I won't have to leave my house to get on a puter!!!

Hey Beth~ Glad I haven't been forgotten yet (I know I always say this) ! I just got back from WDW last week so it has taken me awhile to get adjusted to reality again .

I found out in February right before I was supposed to return to work from maternity leave that I lost my job . So for awhile I was a little depressed. But I realized it's probably for the best right now since the baby won't even take a bottle.

So is Michelle in Vegas right now??

Nothing wrong with a height difference. I went through a phase where I didn't date anyone shorter than 5"10. And I am only 5"2. Most were over 6 foot to boot. One ex BF was 6"4. We were together a year and even my grandmother used to say how silly we looked together. Oh well.

I don't know what shift you work, but if he is on graveyard, that might become an issue for you two. I work an odd shift at the hospital, and DBF works days, so him and I hardly get to see each other during the week. He does make a point to come and see me at my lunch break at least once a week if not more though. But its not easy when you are on two different schedules. Good luck!

They would probably swap you with a mom who isn't willing to get up at the crack of dawn to make bread pudding for her hubbies co workers.

I am not one who goes to the doc for every cold or cough, but I did this time because I could just tell it was gonna be bad, and I didn't want to go the whole weekend waiting to see him on Monday. He gave me a script and told me to wait and see how I am before I fill it. I am not one who takes a lot of antibiotics. As a matter of fact, he could only find one other time in my chart where he prescribed me some. I didn't think I was gonna fill it. But I am not getting any better, and without getting into gross details, its obvious its worst. So I am getting it filled today. Hopefully Lindsey just has a sore throat and nothing more.

She's fine. They just got back. Nothing serious, but she did get a script for some antibiotics. I normally do not take the kids in for each little sniffle, but it seems lately with some of the ladies, it's been worse then they thought, kwim? So I decided not to take any chances.

On Thursday night my BFF said, you need to meet him before i move to Maryland so I can meet him. I told her, I like our texting relationship. Why ruin it by meeting?

Just cleaning house and doing laundry and lots of extra kids today. which is rather delightful, as it is the calm before the storm and after we get back from spring break we have baseball 7 nights a week for two weeks and double scheduled on some of those days! We are definetly going to have to figure out the cloning thing.
