We are in the foothills at the base of Stevens Pass. We are on Hwy2 east of Monroe. Very small town. Moved here from Lake Stevens 2 years ago and learned how to do online shopping very fast.
Hello Patty! I am in Mukilteo, just a hop, skip and a jump away. We have land at Money Creek Cabin Community that we camp at, just up the hill from you. (dreaming of the cabin, some day!) Welcome aboard. I went last year, but this year is not looking too good for me, but I still hang around when I can because I like these gals.
Love and Light for Everyone
Have a Great Day
And I like to come and gather up Dawn's Love and Light

Hi Dawn!
Good morning everyone.
Boy, sounds like everyone has been BIZZZZZZZZEEEEEE lately. Yep, me too.
Today is Ryan's 10th birthday (and tomorrow is Luke's 6th birthday). We're going to pizza tonight after Ryan's baseball game to have a little family birthday dinner and open some gifts. Their double birthday party with their friends is this Saturday, but I'm afraid Ryan isn't going to hardly have any friends show up. (sigh) I feel so bad and I'm not sure what to do. I don't want Luke to have a bunch of friends there and gifts to open when Ryan only has one or two friends show up. This could be a sad situation for Ryan. It's kept me awake for two nights now.....I'm stressing about it.
Oh well, I guess I'll figure it out somehow. Anyway, I can hardly believe my little guys aren't so little anymore.....my babies are growing up. It makes me happy and sad all at the same time.
Hmmm...that is a tough one to deal with. I would be inclined to have smaller parties with each boy having two friends and doing something really cool. Then you are not at the mercy of a popularity contest. I actually know some families that don't do parties at all. Sounds good to me sometimes.
I can't wait to try them! Where do you get them? I wonder if I should have some while I am there with my family in 3 months or wait till I am with the Divas again?
Well, that's easy. Both! I have to say, I was not overly impressed with the Pomme Frites. Give me Mariner's Garlic Fries over those any old day. But the Beignets...now you are talkin about something worth droolin' over!
Just wonderin if you still have room for one more Washingtonian on this trip. Would love to go! Wanted to go last year but had to do a cheer competition with daughter end of March last year instead! Would love to room with 1 other person. Spent 2 hours and only at page 35. Would love any info ie hotel, special activities, and etc that I haven't got to yet!
Thanks!!!
There's always room for one more Washingtonian. Shoot, if we get enough of us, I say let's charter a party bus down!
Thanks everyone--thought maybe I was missing something--LOL
Speaking of OT matters--did anyone else note that they just opened the Stitch stage show at WDW and now they're thinking of closing it or changing it already? Talk about a waste of time, energy and money! Hey--WDI--give DL that money and let them upgrade that silly parade! Or re-open Vineyard Room. Or have the Electrical Parade back on Main Street!
Did you see the Al Lutz posting today??? Apparently the DLEP is going home next summer! Yeah!
Hi Everyone!

We're back from our Alaska cruise and had a fabulous time. It was very beautiful and relaxing. And all that pampering. A full time room steward, three meals, shows every night, so much to do (or not!) and constant scenery. I am sad it is over, but glad to be home. Will post pix probably next weekend.
I missed my Diva girlfriends! I read back ten or so pages, but am still getting back into the swing.
I really wanted to wish all the Vegas girls a great time. I can't wait to hear all about your trip and will be thinking of you.
Hi Linda! I was wondering if you were enjoying yourself. I am dying to do one of those cruises and have been researching maddly. For my family, we would do roundtrip out of Seattle and there are two itineraries to choose from and it is normally about $3000 for all 4 of us to start with (inside, and way down low), but I have seen some great prices as low as $1500 for all of us. Just missed one for $2100 with all taxes and gratuities. It is killing me to not go now, but that has been our plan to go in 2010, so I am sticking to it. Don't know why I am even looking right now. Wishful thinking I guess, as traveling to anywhere is better than my job these days.
Morning all!
Mom has been calling every day from Mexico and they seem to be having a good time. Yesterday was their 46th anniversary. So they had a really nice dinner and mom said dad bought her a nice gift so she is having a nice time. They will be home this Sunday.
And as for US, we got an e-mail that there is a tour about Disney's new Christmas Carol movie going around the US and it happens to be in our town this weekend so we thought that would be a fun thing to do for Father's day so we are going to go see it this Sunday. It is going to be at our local Rail Road museum. So that should be fun!

They are going to have props from the movie and all kinds of fun stuff.
Anyway that's bout it for me for today. Hope everyone has a great day and talk soon.
Hey Kelly,
There was a thread about the tour, and the lines have been really long (think 3-4 hours), so go early if you go. Let me know how it is. It comes here on July 3, and I am thinking about going.
Hi January! Nice to see you poke your little smily face in.
AmySue! Darn it. What the heck is going on. Hang in there and things will get back on track. You can come here even when you are being a Grumpyvet. We still love ya!
Good Night All. Off to get my little tirant to bed. He is finally feeling better after eating nothing but icecream for 4 days! (I was beginning to question his motives, let me tell you!)
