Well in Europe it is legal for them to drink but here in the US you have to wait until you are 21...so they think they are cool breaking the law

We are probably way off this topic, but drinking age in Ukraine is 12.

Anyways, even though teens in Europe are old enough to drink, they don't abuse that privilage, whereas American teens drink underage and go way overboard with it.

It was all good EXCEPT...I kinda chopped off a mosquito bite...

And I kinda muttered a few bad words too. oops.
It was gushing too. Eck.
But it stopped. I put Neosporin and a bandaid in it and all is well.
And I followed your advice Alyssa, I really did! I just didn't notice that mosquito bite!!

I think if the gov't lowers the drinking age to like 18, we wouldn't have such a underage drinking problem. It wouldn't be as fun because it isn't illegal.

I can see how lowering the drinking age could be beneficial and also consequencial.
