Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm, So I am wondering when oh when are they coming to the local grocery store? I dont have a girl scout anymore in my varied connections, so now i have to reply on the table outside of the grocery stores, does anyone know when that will start?

Yummmmm....good question!! We're always on the lookout around here too lol. Tagalongs....thin mints....samoas.....yum!!

My DD's are in GS and they're doing a table sale next week, some troups do their sales sometime in March or April.

Our local troop just had their sale this weekend outside Walmart. I bought 3 boxes :teeth:

Ours only sell once a year. You place the order in either November or December and we got ours yesterday. I've been wondering where the heck they've been because they're always here by mid February at the latest. We buy lots and freeze them like the other poster too.

Our sales like that are going on right now, through the end of the month.

I saw them this weekend outside of Lowes, didn't buy any though, I don't like girl scout cookies!

Well, I'm wondering what kind of badge they get for taking orders and never delivering? Around where I live this is a HUGE problem :(

My SIL used to have her daughters in the groups and we would order every year, she would always tell us after we started asking where our cookies were that they either sold them to someone else, or ate them and they were sorry!!!! So this year I ordered from two different sources, just to be sure we'd get some cookies.

I contacted one lady last week and she said that as she was delivering cookies more people wanted to order so some of mine got sold and she'd pick some more up and I'd get them the next week. Well, here I am starting on the second week and no cookies. A lady at the school where my dd goes also took an order for 4 boxes from me and I've yet to hear anything from her either....how irritating since I don't have her number and she only volunteers there so I haven't seen her again.

I think I'm just going to buy some little debbies or keebler cookies and call it a lesson learned. Obviously around where I live the orders mean nothing, which is a shame since we order about 8-12 boxes each year and freeze them.

We are in full cookie selling season here! We've sat outside our local Publix the last 2 Saturdays and have 2 more to go. I'd mail cookies to all of you looking but its pretty expensive, I just mailed 3 boxes to my aunt in California and it was $9.

TheRatPack,

I hope you didn't pay for any of these cookies. We always order extras of the favorites because people always want more or for those who didn't order the first time. Call your local council, number in the phone book, and they can tell you where and when the girls will be selling.

I have spend two weekends freezing, standing outside of walmarts selling girl scout cookies with my dd 11. But they are selling good!! One more weekend left.

Well, we paid for the ones we used to buy from my SIL, they always refunded us when we asked about our cookies though. Shouldn't really matter though, if I am the one to order cookies they should be delivered. I don't think it's right at all that the ladies think it's okay to sell my cookies to someone who obviously didn't order.....let them find someone out and about selling them.
