so i remember reading about a month ago that the gingerbread houses are returning this year. i am going to disney in dec and i'm usually a spring time trip person. so as my first time around christmas i would really like to see the gingerbread houses. my question is are they going to allow people come that aren't staying at that resort? or do i need a dining reservation? i really don't want to have to make dining reservations as i physically can't eat that much since i had gastric sleeve surgery, or do they allow reservations for the lounges, because that i can do. just trying to figure out my non park days

As long as you don’t drive to the resorts - you can visit without any type of dining reservation- you just need to use Disney transportation.

Keep in mind that when people say "use Disney Transportation to get to a resort," they don't mean just don't drive yourself there. If you try to arrive at a Disney resort via Uber/Lyft, the guard at the gate might not let you through unless you are staying there or have a dining reservation.

oh no i would for sure use buses skyliner or monorail
