Gingerbread House making

Has anyone heard if Ralph Brennan's is having a class on making Gingerbread Houses this year? found last year's dates...via Facebook, but nothing on this year. Does anyplace else offer this? We will be going Nov 16-20 and possibly in Dec. TIA

They will be offering their classes in October and in December. Reservations and prepayments are necessary, but cannot be made yet, because they do not have their dates as of yet, for this year. The last week in September through the first week in October, and the same type of time frame for their December classes, is when one can begin to make reservations. They do not offer this workshop in November.
