Gingerbread house building on this year's Merrytime cruises?

I'm really looking forward to cookie decorating on our Merrytime cruise. For those who did this activity, around what time of day were these held? If I drag my husband to it, he needs coffee first!

After we had heard they were not doing the Ginger bread houses just cookies, we brought our own ginger bread house for my wife to build along with a small artificial tree last year.
