Gingerbread Candy Store

Does any one have any idea when the sweet gingerbread candy store in the GF is disassembled? We ill be arriving on the 4th of January and friends from Newfoundland will be arriving on the 5th with their 3 and 5 year old DD's their first trip and I talked them into on prem and getting AP's. Our 8 year old DD loves it, had her portrait done there last year in pastel's and love it!!

Disney Dreaming, I think it will be disassembled by then. We were at WDW last Christmas / New Year's. If I remember correctly, we were at the GF on January 3rd (a Thursday) and I sat in the lobby and watched them disassemble the Gingerbread House. I was surprised at how quickly they took it apart, too.
