Hi Everyone, Tony has made the good point to me that it would be silly for us all to bring the same things for the BBQ on the Friday night, no point having sausages and burgers with no buns !!
Anyone up for getting our heads together to see what we should bring x

why not print a list of all foodstuffs needed and we can volunteer which items we'll bring

Don't want to get anyone's hopes up but the kids are really disappointed that we can't join you. According to Mapquest, it's only about a 90 minute drive from here so we may come and join you just for the day on the Saturday. If we'd be welcome, of course

a tent would be a start Nat! also sleeping bags, blow up beds - don't worry about pump, we'll all have them, plenty of v warm clothes to sleep in, plenty of v warm and waterproof clothes to play in, wash stuff, basic eating equipment, I'm sure there'll be camp stoves amongst us but if you want to bring one torch,
I'll take a few of those small disposable bbqs for when callum decides he NEEDS a burger or bacon sarnie, but theres always the pub! cool box or mini fridge is handy in case its sunny, plenty of booze!
i'm running out of ideas. I'm sure everyone will add some more...
