That has to be the best show I watched it tonight Mom was watching too..well kinda! I was eating supper and she was on the computer! After the show i had to explain it all! hehe

I like this show but I have a hard time keeping up with their speedy dialogue. I just want to tell them, take a breath!

Does anyone know if they ever explained why Rory was named Lorilei too? Just seems weird to me....last year was the first season I watched and never heard them talk about it.

My DD, 15, and I watch Gilmore Girls and then Smallville, sigh we both love Clark Kent's smile and beautiful eyes. We both watch 7th Heaven on Mondays and I have started to get her hooked on Dead Zone and Monk.
We have watched TV with each other for a few years now, it may sound corny but I like that closeness and they are all good clean shows. She got me hooked on Gilmore Girls and Smallville, we use to watch Buffy together but she liked GG better and last year I stopped watching Buffy too.

The reason that Rory is also named Lorilei is that Lorilei figured guys name their sons after them, why can't girls name their daughters after them.

My mom really doesnt like the shows I watch which include Gilmore Girls and Smallville and all those other WB shows...But last week my dad and I watched 8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter....which had us both laughing.

My 16 yo DD got me hooked on Gilmore Girls also. She watched last night but I was out and missed it. I did record it to watch later. We like to watch that and Lifetime Movies together.

DD, DS and I all like to watch Survivor together. DH doesn't watch much TV.

I just love the Gilmore Girls! I also really like Ed, The West Wing (both season premiers tonight!), and Boston Public.

my DD and I love 7th Heaven too. DD loves Smallville, and is crazy about Tom Welling (Clark), also loves Lex.
Here is the GG scoup, Lorilie had a dream about Luke, they were married and having twins. Luke kisses her belly in her dream. In Washington Paris goes on her first date with a guy named Jamie. Rori comes home and sees Jess kissing another girl. Dean came home and met Rori @ a festival. Rori that she realized that she was treating Dean like dirt.Lorilie tells her parents that she and Christopher are no longer together. Her mom flipped. Suki and Jackson got into a big fight over redecorating the house. Suki wanted to make it more masculin. Luke and Lorilie made up. That is the scoup.
