Can someone please give me a rundown on what I missed tonight. I have tried to watch the tape, but my family keeps needing me. ARGH

It was really boring!

Taylor is harrassing Lorelai and Jackson about permits. He tells Jackson at a town meeting that he must move his new greenhouse 6 inches. Irritated with him Jackson decides to run against him as the head of the town. (I forget what they called it) The whole episode is his campaign and Jackson wins 1114 votes to 10 votes - although he tried to drop out of the race at the last minute b/c he realized it would be too much work. The only reason Taylor got 10 votes is because Lorelai begged some people to vote for him b/c she felt bad for him.

Dean and Rory were having a hard time being together b/c he still has to share a car with Lindsey and his parents are very disapproving of the relationship. Dean is reluctant to go in public with her b/c he wants to be sensitive to Lindsey. Rory asks if he would have left Lindsey if she hadn't found the note and he gave a less than whole hearted yes.

Lane spent the epsiode mad at Zack for being a womanizer and at the end told him she had feelings for him in a very matter of fact manner and he was just stunned but they had no further reaction.

I hope I got it all - I thought it was VERY BORING!

Phooey!:( I thought it was boring too! I could take it or leave it tonight.

Thanks I'm not too bummed that I missed it then. I hope it gets better next week.
