Gifts in room ahead of time

We are going to be in DW on my sons birthday. I would love to get him a Pal Mickey and have it there in his room for when we check in. How do you go about doing that???

Also, if any of you have celebrated special events there, do you note that on your PS's everyday of your trip (you know, we are here to celebrate DH's birthhday.....) or just on the day??
Do you know what I'm trying to say??? I hope so, 'cause I just confused myself!!!!!!

I've never bought anything in advance to have waiting in the room but I know it can be done. I just don't know how to do it myself.

I would have it noted on each ps that we were celebrating a birthday. Couldn't hurt, right?
