I have about 25 employees, and another 15 or so people at work that I want to give a little something for Christmas. Any ideas of things I could buy that won't break me? Something in bulk averaging about $2/per would be perfect.

TIA

I had about 18 people once to by for. I got a cheap bottle of champaign and then went to the dollar store and bought chmpaign glsses for $1 and gave each person 2 glasses and a bottle of champaign and stuck it in a pretty bag

How about an ornament, there are some cute ones out there for just a buck or two. A giant candy bar with a candy cane tied to it. A Christmas cup full of candy. A couple of votive candles, Yankee Candle has some great holiday scents.

I'm a pastor's wife (small church) & we usually get something for everyone (about 40 people), this year our cost will be about $2 per person.

I bought some really cute canvas snowman bags w/jupe ties from Oriental Trading (5.95 per dozen). I'm filling them w/homemade fudge, cocoa, & candy canes.

This year, I am getting a big box of chocolate covered pretzels and dividing it into little baggies for each of my friends. Then I might get a little stuffed bear for each and attach the bags of choclate covered pretzels to each one. The bears are about the size of the beanie babies and come in a box of a dozen or so for like 10$ I think. All that stuff comes from Costco. Then again, I probably shouldn't have posted this because some of my friends come and lurk here at times. LOL. Not only am I addicted, but they are starting their obsession with the DIS, too. :rotfl2:

Some people may not like this idea, but my employees always seemed to find it fun. I bought each of the people who worked for me $5 worth of scratch off lottery tickets. I did this several years. At least a couple of them would win something. One year, one guy won $100. Even those that didn't win seem to find it fun. They would all gather around together and watch each other scratch off the tickets. Just a thought!

I just got my mail order bulk Christmas order in the mail about 20 minutes ago.......I purchased online one of the fun candies they sell at Japan/Epcot called Pocky. The people I'm giving 'em to will love 'em and they cost less than $2 per package. Tied up with a little bow it's a fun and different gift.

My suggestion would be to get online and look for small packages of fun candy or little treasures and have some mailed to you.
Or shop at the Dollar store. I've found GREAT things there this year for Christmas gifts!!

On overstock a few days ago, they had fleece blankets that were being sold in bulk-24 per set and the price came down to $3.00 per blanket and the shipping was $2.95.
