Gifts for teenage daughters...

We will be staying at AKL concierge in December and I was wondering if anyone had gift ideas for teenage girls. I have a 15 year old and a 16 year old... and I would like to have something special waiting for them in our room. We will only be there for 3 nights with little time for spa treatments or the like... So I am stumped and would love the advice of all the disney experts!

A couple of years ago I took three - 15yo girls to AKL. Upon check in we were surprised to find that one of the parents had arranged for all three to get a Disney charm for their charm bracelets. Yes, there was even one for me! It is a great reminder of our trip!

too funny ~ i looked at the subject, & thought of 19yo DD's favorite WDW souvenier:
a sterling charm bracelet!!

note that many of the stores in WDW sell the psuedo-silver ones. we bought the "real thing" at mousegears in EPCOT (about $30).

also, most girls like plush ~ a plush simba, nala, timon, etc (keeping with the AKL theme) might be a cute keepsake that they could also cuddle with.

AKL has great carved wooden animals in their gift shop. I have a 12 in giraffe that I bought 2 years ago for 11.00. They also have smaller ones and bigger ones. They are beautiful and mentioned offen on these boards. It may make a nice gift for teenage girls! Happy planning!

Well, this wouldn't exactly be waiting for them, but how about treating them to a hair wrap at the kiosk by the pool? Maybe a certificate stating that or something?

I have a 14 year old daughter and I know she would love a certificate for a massage or manacure at the Spa (either AKL or GF.) Enjoy your trip - the AKL is awesome!!!
