Gifting dvc contract

Has anyone gone through the process of gifting a dvc contract to a family member? Is it challenging. What are the fees to get the deed changed and any companies you recommend? Thanks!!!

I have added my adult kids but I believe the process is the same, assuming you are giving it to them gratutiously.

Disney will refer you to First American, but they are pricey…others have used LT transfers which is supposed to be good but much less expensive.
