I was in Gifted in elementary.
I liked that class.
And I was a speed reader.
Gosh,what a nerd I was.


Then I got to midde school,where I ACTUALLY had to work.
Gifted is just not for me.
BUT,I did make it to NJHS.

Oh I was in NJHS, I dropped out though. Well...they yelled at me for not going on their feild trip so I was being "rebelious" by dropping out. Hahaha.

Yes I was. Did accelerated everything all the way through. I'm now in second year calculus and doing second year physics too. Its nuts. But it'll be worth it in the end.

Hm.
Well we don't have a class.
But we have a program.
The teachers usually recommend you and you have to take a test and pass to be in it.
My brother was just accepted.
No teacher every recommended me. =(
So no I'm not. But some kids in our class are and they do all these cool things. I'm jealous.

It annoys me, actually. Especially the parents who tell everyone that their kid is in the TAG program or how smart their kid is. Spare me...

I'm a straight A student, but I don't go flouncing around telling everyone how brilliant I am.

I don't think we have that at our school. we do have level 1 classes which is the best. I'm in those classes so you can call those gifted and talented I guess.

I'm at a private school and we don't have that. :\

We don't really do that.
Just enrichment.
Which I should be in (it's just for people with good grades, they get assigned different work than the others) but my teachers think I'm happier with where I'm at now.
Which is fine by me. The english enrichment wants seven short stories by Christmas.

i'm not my sis is i personally think its ridiculous in elementary school there jerks to academics in middle they think there better, and i hs i really don't care ( at least my schools )

I was in G&T in elementary school, the Honors (accelerated) track in 7th grade, and had freshman algebra in 8th grade. In high school, I was always a year ahead in math because of the algebra in 8th grade.
I took all Honors classes in high school, but only took one AP class (AP English) my junior/senior year.

I liked elementary school G/T. It was really fun.

Pffft. My school's like poor. Our parents pay so much in taxes, then they take away all the afterschool activities and we had it then as soon as we came they got rid of it I would have been in it though..

We don't have a gifted and taleneted program.
We have sets.
J&W are top
then M&S
then P&O
then N&T
L is the special needs class.

We are also split further for maths and science.
Next year everything will either be set or will be part of your options.
