Giftcard question before calling Disney

Thanks to everyone discussing purchasing giftcards from Target with the red card and pharmacy rewards discounts. We have purchased our giftcards for our trip. I am now preparing to call Disney and apply them towards our balance. When I look at the back of the card, there is a scratch off section. Does anyone know if I need to scratch that off to give them any numbers? I'd like to go ahead and scratch them off if needed but don't want to have to scratch them off if I don't have to.

As a side note, does anyone know where to find the $100 Disney giftcards in Target? It would be nice to have less cards to keep up with.

TIA for your help.

Yes, you will need to scratch them off. The last few digits for the GC are underneath.

As to the $100 GCs, I have not seen them in my Target stores but I understand that IF they have them, you're most likely to find them in the electronics department where they have GCs for iTunes and the like.

I've only seen $25 and $50 Target gift cards. Both in the front aisles near the checkout stands and in the electronics area (I think near the books)

Two things ... 1) Keep your gift cards (even if they have a zero balance) until after your trip is over and you will not be returning anything you bought with gift card money. Disney has some horrible return policies on gift card money.

2) You can consolidate those $50 gift cards if you still have your receipts. You need to call the number on the back of the card and tell them you have the cards and receipts, and you scan them in and email them the scans, telling them onto which card you want the total.

My store only has $25 or $50 and the $25 are hard to find. They have them at the register, my store no longer keeps them in electronics.
