Giftcard Balance Help

We received a Visa gift card from our neighbor for Christmas. We used it once back in January and now we don't know what the balance is on the card. I went to the website listed on the credit card and there is no information there on how to check the balance on the card. It's www.mygiftcardsite.com. Am I totally missing it or something? There is no phone number to call either, just a blind email to send comments or suggestions to.

If I go to the store, will using the card let me know the balance left on the card? We don't use these cards, so we are not at all familiar with how to check the balance. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

On that link you posted, the 1st screen that pops up asks us to put in the first 6 digits of the gift card #.

Maybe clear your cookies from your computer and try it again?

OMG...that is not page I was on at all. My link works now...but that is NOT the website I was on earlier. NOW I can check the balance. When I typed in the website this was not the page it sent me to. This is the page it sent me to

Well, now I can see the balance...but this is just weird.

Now I see the problem...to coms in there...glad I didn't put any of my card info on the site...mystery solved.
