Hello

We're going to DLP on the 10th Feb 2010. It's me, my husband and our 5 year old daughter (Caitlyn) going. She doesn't know about it yet, we're going to give her the ticket for xmas. So, I've got a couple of questions:-

a) Our flight arrives at CDG at about 8 in the morning and leaves about 23:00 at night - I think the best thing to do is get the official shuttle bus to and from DLP but if anyone's got any cheap-but-reliable alternatives please let me know! Should we just go to the main park or will there be time to squeeze in the movies park as well?

b) Should we buy the tickets before the end of October? Do you know if prices are expected to rise on 1 Nov?

c) I want to get caitlyn some little presents for xmas that might 'prepare' her for the day - so that when we're walking round and going on the rides she can say 'oh that's like in the movie' or 'that's like that game we played' - is there anything specific that anyone can recomend? there's 7 weeks between telling her we're going and getting there, and that's a long time for a 5 year old so anything that will keep her occupied and excited til then would be great! Are there any books etc with activities etc based around the attractions avaliable?

personally if i were only going for one day i would use a private shuttle. a lot of us use ezy shuttle which have a fixed rate of 120 euros return for up to six people. the park will be shut at 7pm so its probably best to stick to one park, especially with a child.

there arent any books specific to attractions. i would just get some disney story books or dvds. i first brought my dd at 22 months and she just knew the mickey mouse clubhouse gang, winnie the pooh and pocohontas but she knew loads by the time we came home. there are also loads of videos on you tube. just type in disneyland paris february to get an idea. my dd loved looking at videos.
