Gift for DW--opinions please

Does anyone know about these digital picture frames? I was thinking of getting one for DW for Christmas. She has a digital camera and loves to take pictures, but she isn't a "gadget-y" person at all (i.e. I bought her a PDA which she never used, same with a radar detector). I think she would enjoy having the frame in her office, but I don't know how complicated it is to get the picture you want on one memory card. I'll go to Brookstone tomorrow and see if they can help, and I have a coupon for $40 off.

Any thoughts?

I just bought one for my MIL today. It was on sale at Linens and Things $99.00 less 20% coupon.

This is the one we bought, it seems user friendly, once it is plugged in and the Smart Card loaded, she won't have to do anything!

I would not want a digital frame. I'm not a gadget person either. I like my pictures displayed with a simple frame. It's all they really need, in my opinion.

target sells one made by ceiva. it's a digital frame that connects to the internet in the middle of the night and you can d/l new pics anytime. i got my grandma one and it's really cool

I think that sounds cool. Especially if she has a place like a desk to display it.
